Guest house holiday rentals in Vietnam

We booked the room but eventually the room was occupied by the old guests. Ms Hoa arranged us to her brother’s homestay, near by her house. It called Herbal Tea Homestay. It was an amazing place to stay in Hoi An. The service was super good. The host’s family was super friendly and supportive. The morning staff was also great. We were so lucky stayed at the Herbal Tea Homestay. We definitely will come back and stay with both Co Hoa and Herbal Tea soon. Very good service.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Hoi An. The rooms for comfortable with a great bed, hot shower, good air conditioning, a stocked mini-fridge, fast Wi-Fi and a television. Beautiful pool area out back with lounge chairs and lovely evening lighting. A water bottle refill station is available in the kitchen or you can buy bottled water on site. The Airbnb also has an eating area downstairs offering a full menu for any meal. The food was delicious and the staff incredibly warm and welcoming. They can also arrange any tour for you that you might be interested in. You are staying a short distance outside of town. However, pedal bikes are available free of charge and I found the ride into town and back invigorating and something that I look forward to everyday. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Hoi An. Staying here was definitely a highlight of the trip

We had such a great stay at this airbnb! Fresh room and comfortable bed and also a small cozy balcony you could sit on. There were also bikes that we used a lot. Tri was the world's sweetest host, so helpful and personalised the stay. On my birthday, she had bought a cake with my name on it which was so kind:) Really recommend this place!

The place has a picturesque view, the rooms are tidy, but rather spartan, because there is a wardrobe missing. Unfortunately, Thuan wanted to pay for breakfast, although it's included according to AirBnB. Also, the dinner was outrageously expensive, 240,000. For comparison, a large bowl of water costs 40,000 in Hanoi.

Giang and her husband were extremely helpful and very friendly. I felt right at home. They even took me shopping and to the beach. I highly recommend this hostel.

The place looks a bit more “run-down” than the pictures suggest. And despite the “rustic” look, there’s pretty much everything you need. And most importantly, a friendly, caring, thoughtful and hospitable host. It’s a great place to be away from all the tourists. It’s just us and the sea. Rent a scooter and you’ll have access to everything else. We were here during the monsoon season and Julia was worried about the place being in the path of the storm, we had no problems at all. It was nice to just hang out at the balcony watching the sea and the fishermen at work, and then drive out for food and sightseeing whenever we’re ready to brave the road / crowds. There are also a few eating places with wonderful seafood, breakfast and hot pot all within 100m of the house. And yes, there is beer on site. Just keep tabs on the book. Will definitely come back again when we pass by the next time. Thank you Julia!

Naomi is a sweet heart ! Her place feels like a real guests house ! Everyone just doing there things and enjoying everything the beautiful Danang has to offer ! I would défi es-tu te moment if you’re travelling on tight budget and looking for a great spot !

We spent 3 lovely nights here and absolutely loved it. Nicola is a fun and kind host - the place is very close to everything we needed and a dip in the pool after a day walking around was perfect. Thank you ❤️

Cozy and Family-Friendly Homestay by the Water We had a lovely stay at this homestay—perfect for a relaxing getaway with family. The place is clean, peaceful, and well-equipped with everything you need. One of the best things was that the SUP boards were free to use, and the host was kind enough to let us check in early with no extra charge, which was super convenient since we try to find somewhere to rest like a cafeteria but nothing around. The kitchen and BBQ area are great if you enjoy cooking or grilling outdoors. The space is really family-friendly, and we felt right at home. Pro tips: • Head to Long Sơn market between 3–5 PM for the freshest seafood—especially fish! • Go paddle boarding (SUP) in the late afternoon when it’s cooler and more enjoyable. It gets quite sunny during the day, so bring sunscreen. • We’d suggest the host add some bamboo or woven blinds outside for shade—it would make the front area more comfortable.

I used a spacious room at a reasonable price. The room was pleasant, and the host's response was quick and friendly.

We stayed for 8 nights total. The room was as expected and clean. Not sure if breakfast is included or not but we had it one morning. Tonee was always friendly and was a pleasure to chat to.

Nhan and her husband were so welcoming, and so helpful with local recommendations! The room was a great and exactly what I needed for a weekend away on Cat Ba island, cannot recommend enough.

This is the perfect place to stay, quiet and close to city center, transportation, and food. Tinh's and her family are there to help you with any of your needs. When we wanted dinner Tinh not only recommended the perfect place but also arranged transportation. The room was wonderful, and after traveling on three plans, one bus, two train, and a taxi a comfortable bed was truly welcomed.

Trinh was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy- Trinh was there to welcome me and her house was clean and tidy. Trinh was so helpful that her husband even woke up at 2:30 AM to let me out for a marathon I was running! Would recommend 😀

Special moment at Hoa Truong and Pierre's, in the Sapa region ♥️ We were welcomed as friends and treated like royalty, from start to finish. Fell in love with Mimi (Black Hmong) and Mai Ly (Red Dzao), two beautiful young women with whom we were able to spend full days exploring the area and who shared their culture and traditions with enthusiasm. Much more than just a place to stay. Rose (Hoa Truong) and her husband are passionate and make your stay unforgettable. They offer several activities, involve people from the community, make exceptional meals and care about being in communion with nature and being eco-friendly. If one day you pass by and are looking for an authentic experience, don't hesitate.
