Farmstay holiday rentals in Vietnam

The place is beautiful and the room was spotless and clean, the staff were super helpful. However it is a little further away from everything but luckily you can rent scooters from them !!

We loved our stay! The location was absolutely incredible, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with views you’ll never get tired of. Watching the sunrise and sunset was a highlight, and Tra Que vegetable garden in the backyard made it even more special. It was the perfect escape from Hoi An’s busy center, yet still easy to reach by Grab. A short walk takes you to a cute coffee shop overlooking rice fields, and you can spot water buffaloes nearby. Some days, we didn’t even want to leave—we just relaxed on the balcony, soaking in the views. The house is in three floors, with spacious bedrooms with private entrances, and a shared kitchen, great for groups. The hosts are kind, responsive, and shared great local tips. One thing to note: since the house is in nature and has an open design, lizards do get inside bedrooms and kitchen often. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful stay—we’d absolutely recommend it!

Xuan et sa femme ont été très accueillants et chaleureux. ils ont été de bon conseils pour la visite de la ville, des commerces, des bars et des restaurants. ils nous ont préparés de délicieux petits déjeuners. Un endroit calme et paisible dans les jardins aromatiques ,une charmante maison, très bien décorée . lits très confortables dans des chambres climatisées. nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

We had an amazing time at ZiZi's homestay. We loved being able to take part in an after school class with the local children and help them with their English. ZiZi's best friend Pang was a great trekking guide who we spent a lot of time with. The family meals were enjoyable, allowing you to meet some great people.

The homestay is a traditional thai tilt house made by wood. It's basic, mattresses on the floor, but comfy enough to enjoy the experience of living on a traditional house. The host, Cuc, speak English perfectly and she is so helpful. It's perfect if you go on a big group and then you can rent the full house (10-12 people), otherwise I guess you will need to share with other guests or Cuc might arrange a bungalow for you. The facilities are OK and the restaurant serves local home made food. Around the house there are other wood houses with restaurants and it's near an esplanade with food stands and locals having fun, which was very fun to experience as well.

Nothing fact-checking, but very nice, clean place in an incredibly beautiful part of the country. A little ways away from town, but that was nice. Enjoyed taking morning walks through field and nearby Buddhist cemetery with cows and buffalo. Very peaceful. Ha ( the manager) was very kind and accommodating.

Had a longer stay of 30 days planned in Sapa starting beginning of February. I‘ve shorted my stay to about 5 days, as it was quite cold and foggy. Scott was so kind as to refund the whole stay, even though the Airbnb terms and conditions said there was no fund available. I very much appreciate this kind gesture and that surely speaks for itself! Moreover, the communication was very kind and Scott was very responsive. When it comes to friendliness, and communication, everything was superb. As someone who requires fast and steady internet access, I was displeased to find that the internet did not offer that. It would break at times during calls while I was a guest at Scotts airbnb. Reportedly there was a temporary internet problem as a cable was broken or so, so this may be different in the future. The kuti was very simplistic and cozy and had a good vibe. The host was very kind and spoke good english. Hikes and nature all around. Its a cozy place for a short term stay in sapa!

We had a great stay at this location. Its a bit difficult to reach but once you are there, you want to stay for longer.

This is a great place for nature lovers. You can walk to a small lake where you can go kayaking for free. There are also short trails where you can take a walk and bicycles free to rent. Our butler took good care of us, responding to our what’s app messages very promptly and cared for all our needs from meals to car rental. We rented a car with driver to go to linh an pagoda and Tam Trinh cafe to look at the elephant waterfall. They are really worth visiting. The meals we had at the farm were simple but fresh, and the price is reasonable. Overall we had a very nice and relaxing stay and we would recommend this place to people who want a quiet place to recharge.

I have just checked out today, and I am glad that I have booked green FarmStay for 6 people. this is awesome place, far from city and surrounded by farms and mountains. This place is much more beautiful than what host have described in post. this is 2 acre farm hous with 2 big bedrooms, 1 drawing room and 1 kitchen. plus an open kitchen and 3 different dining area. They have 24/7 person stay at entry of house to help you anytime. they provide daily breakfast for free. this stay was awesome and I recommend everyone to Stay here only.

This homestay is located in the mountains, with beautiful surroundings. Our room was rustic, but comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Other meals are also available for a good price: we can recommend the Vietnamese meal :) Scooter rental is also possible. The two caretakers were very nice and welcoming. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

Villa is as described. The host was extremely responsive and we were VERY well looked after. Suong came every day and was very helpful. The washing machine broke on the day of our arrival so she took our washing every day and brought back clean same day. Great information and arranging of all our trips. Breakfast was great everyday with fresh fruit and tea also. To note: Accomodation backs on to rice paddies. Geese and roosters are extremely loud and all times day and night Hoi An in general is quite a loud place. Lots of beeping of horns! As with most places in Hoi An there were many levels so if you are staying on the top two floors lots of walking required. It is about 12-15 min walk to old town but few coffee shops and amenities within 5 min walk. Some of the showers start hot but go cold quickly. Seems to be on the higher floors. I have mentioned to the host already that there needs to be a comfortable communal seating area on the first floor for Lounging and chatting!

We had a nice stay, cozy beds, clean rooms and a lovely place in general.

I had a wonderful stay at Quyen’s place. The highlight of my trip was the incredible warmth and generosity of the locals, who treated us like family. They even invited us to share a meal and wine with them over dinner—a truly memorable and authentic experience. It was a perfect way to immerse ourselves in the local culture. Quyen’s hospitality and warmth were exceptional. I highly recommend staying at Quyen’s place for anyone looking to experience genuine local culture.

Great communication, easy check in, was very responsive and accommodating.

Wir waren einfach beeindruckt von dem tollen Garten. In mitten das Mekong Deltas mit schönen Ausflugszielen parat erreichbar, hatten wir ein eigenes Bungalow für uns alleine mit einer kleinen Brücke über den Teich. Wirklich sehr idyllisch und einfach nur traumhaft. Fotos können das nicht einfangen. Es ist viel besser wie auf den Fotos.

Mit die beste Unterkunft, die wir in Vietnam hatten. Super nettes Personal. Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Blick auf den Fluss. Und super süße Tiere leben dort. Plus es gibt kostenloses Yoga jeden Morgen. Wenn ihr in Phong Nha seid bleibt dort!

Although I stayed only a couple nights, I felt lucky to peek into Gioi and his family's life amongst the cinnamon trees. The sound of a breeze passing through the leaves is truly special. Dinners (with the family and/or with other travelers) were a generous spread of dishes, with vegetables from the garden. It seems ideal to stay a bit longer to really experience the depth of the nature and local culture through Gioi's tours, but I still enjoyed wandering through the village and forest. Gioi helped me arrange a xe ôm to my next destination, which was greatly appreciated!

The bungalow was extremely clean, comfortable, had heating/cooling, and was located a short taxi ride from the center of Sapa. Trang was extremely helpful in planning our day trip. We left right from the bungalow to take a full day hike through Sapa. The food was very good and staff was awesome. Trang made traveling through Sapa very easy!

Amazing stay! this beautiful spot is out of town but not that far, 10 min from the train station and 15 from the Imperial City or Dong Ba markets by Grab. We loved our trips around town! Save money by travelling in non-peak times and before 10pm. Not far from the Abandoned Water Park Hồ Thuỷ Tiên which was fun to see and explore! Room was great- old style with tall ceilings and authentic wooden furniture. Bed was a tad hard but that's not uncommon. Secure, very clean, water at our door and a bathtub in the bathroom too! A few mosquitos entered the room so just keep the windows shut before dark to avoid bites - but the gardens, eating areas, awesome drink shop at entrance and general decor as well as the farm animals make this an experience not just a stay. Thankyou. Staff were very helpful and stored our fridge items after checking in early. Used the outdoor kitchen to cook a meal and had we stayed longer would have loved to take a tour or learn some skills from the family. Next time!
