Il piccolo appartamento è completo di cucina e bagno. Il Residence Airone si trova in una posizione strategica (6-7 min in auto da Vieste e 6-7 min a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina) e tranquilla (immersa nel verde e lontano da strade trafficate). Inoltre, per raggiungere la struttura è necessario passare su un promontorio panoramicissimo che è possibile percorrere a piedi in tardo pomeriggio per una passeggiata di vero relax. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Devo davvero sottolineare la loro cordilità. La struttura dispone di un comodo bar e wi-fi.

We had a wonderful one-night stay in Peschici and instantly wished we had booked for longer—what a fantastic place to visit! Communication was excellent throughout, with both Giuseppe and Simona being incredibly helpful and welcoming. Simona met us at the property and made everything easy from the start. The house itself was beautiful, with stunning, panoramic views that truly took our breath away. We loved the multi-level layout, and the top balcony was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The property was clean, comfortable, and had a great local charm. The surrounding community was warm and friendly—we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Peschici. We’re already thinking about coming back for a longer visit!

Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno. Casa bella con tutto il necessario vicino alla spiaggia libera e attrezzata. Sulla spiaggia libera cera pocchissima gente (forse perché era fuori stagione), e non avevamo problemi a portare il cane con noi. Il ristorante li vicino era ottimo e il propietario molto disponibile anche se non avevano ancora aperto. Un soggiorno bellissimo per chi ama la tranquilitá e il mare

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Unterkunft von Matteo. In wenigen Sekunden im Meer, wer Erholung sucht ist hier an der perfekten Stelle. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine extrem leckere Pizza. Vielen Dank Matteo, unvorstellbar schön bei dir.

Das Marienkäferhaus 1 ist ein Traum! Die Hingabe und Liebe, mit dem das Häuschen bis ins Detail gestaltet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet wurde, ist immerzu spürbar. Es war eine große Freude, mit dem gepackten Korb für Frühstück oder Abendessen auf die Terrasse zu steigen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Kommunikation mit Erica unkompliziert und hilfreich. Eine klare Empfehlung!

A really nice place with a wonderful terrace and a breathtaking view of the sea. The apartments are clean and tidy, and we even found a welcome gift upon arrival. We spent almost all of our time on the terrace, which is connected to the kitchen. If you like to cook and eat at home, then the kitchen is perfect for you—it has everything you need and more, including dishes, a coffee machine, and coffee and tea. The only recommendation is that the streets are very narrow, so don't leave your car near the house. We got a scratch... A little further up the road, you will find a parking lot, I suggest leaving your car there. By the way, Giuseppe is a farmer and produces various olive oils, honey, jam, and even some cosmetics. I highly recommend buying some of his oil to try and bring back as a gift. I personally fell in love with the olive oil with lemon. Would I go again? Without a doubt, the experience is priceless.

Wir waren mit Freunden eine Woche im Haus von Giusy & Michele und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Man hat sehr viel Platz und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Wohnbereich und der Terasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht die Altstadt, Restaurants und Geschäfte bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss.

Wir hatten eine Wohnung in dem Doppelhaus inmitten von Olivenbäumen mit Berg- und Meerblick - traumhaft schön, ein Paradies zum entspannen. Viel Platz und Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist auch top. Sauber, gross und sehr schöne Vegetation drum rum. Zudem sehr liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Alloggio comodo , distante 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera più vicina e dal centro. Se non si desidera esplorare i dintorni si può tranquillamente non prendere la macchina per tutta la durata del soggiorno. I nostri 2 cani sono stati ben accetti. Proprietari disponibilissimi ed accoglienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Alloggio come da descrizione, Annabella é un host perfetto e ti fa sentire come a casa; fornisce indicazioni utilissime su cosa visitare e dove mangiare, per non parlare della ottima compagnia di Sirius, cagnone affettuosissimo. Appartamento in posizione tranquilla ma vicino al centro di Vieste e a tutte le comodità quali supermercati, ATM etc.

Nossa estadia no apartamento foi incrível! O lugar é um verdadeiro palácio do século 16, mas com o interior totalmente modernizado. A vista do balcão é de tirar o fôlego, de frente para o mar, e tanto de dia quanto de noite, o cenário é espetacular. As fotos não conseguem capturar toda a beleza desse lugar, especialmente durante o pôr do sol, que pode ser apreciado diretamente do balcão. Minha família, incluindo nossos membros de quatro patas, se divertiu muito. Além disso, a limpeza do apartamento estava impecável! Tudo estava extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, o que nos deixou muito confortáveis durante toda a estadia. No entanto, gostaria de ressaltar que as escadas do prédio precisam urgentemente de adesivo antiderrapante. Infelizmente, escorreguei e caí duas vezes, uma delas enquanto carregava meu bebê, o que poderia ter sido muito perigoso. Meu sobrinho também teve uma queda nas escadas. Felizmente, não houve ferimentos graves, mas esse é um ponto que merece atenção.

Très joli appartement vue mer au calme et au milieu des oliviers, avec une belle terrasse partagée et une petite terrasse privée.

Logement idéal pour visiter Peschici (15 min à pied du centre historique) et les îles Tremiti (10 min à pied du port). Parking privée en face du logement. Maisonnette propre, terrasse agréable ! (Location serviette + drap : 10€/personne)

Marco und Federica sind wirklich außergewöhnliche Gastgeber! Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation war schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit – jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut problemlos. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die tolle Terrasse war ein absolutes Highlight! Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls optimal. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt . Eine absolute Empfehlung! Gerne komme wir wieder.

Posto meraviglioso, alloggio pulito e con tutto il necessario. Proprietari ospitali, cortesi e disponibili. Posizione abbastanza strategica per poter raggiungere comodamente le più belle calette del posto o per visitare paesi vicini. (Vieste, Rodi..) Ci ritoeneremmo.

Stanovanje je super, moderno in dobro opremljeno. Odlično izhodišče za raziskovanje okolice in zelo prijazna gostiteljica. Definitivno priporočam.

Un apartamento perfecto en el que uno se siente realmente como en casa. Su balcón es una maravilla: por las mañanas puedes contemplar el amanecer y por las tardes, su frescor invita a cenar al aire libre. El diseño interior, logrado con sencillez y buen gusto, es impecable. La cama es cómoda y la ducha es un verdadero lujo. Antes de reservar, comparamos otras opciones de la zona, todas con interiores básicos que no igualan este apartamento: sin duda, mejora la nota media de la zona.

Appartement moderne et bien équipé, certes pas directement dans le quartier le plus touristique, mais à peu de distance, faisable à pied et, détail notable, doté d'un parking !

Ci siamo trovati ad alloggiare da Antonella per un giro di tre giorni sul Gargano, persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e alla mano. Ci ha fornito tante indicazioni utili per il soggiorno. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a godere dello spazio esterno per via della maltempo incontrato.

Julie’s apartment was large, clean and very airy. She was very generous and provided some snacks and a lovely chilled bottle of rose’. The furnishings are comfortable and complete. There are some stairs to navigate but we have learned most Italian seaside towns are the same. This elevation is what makes the towns so picturesque. We thank Julie so much for all of her extra help and advice!

Absolutely magical place, with beautiful view and everything you need. We had an incredible stay, the jacuzzi is a very nice addition, clean place, lots of space and very friendly hosts. Pasquina provided us with everything that we needed. Due to our long stay we were proposed a cooking class and later dinner with the hosts. Conversations and experience we will never forget. Place is very close to the beach, quite a few restaurants and many drivable locations that you really want to visit. We will definitely come back as this stay gave us relaxation and many memories. THANK YOU !
