Great Airbnb close to restaurants/bars and the beach. Lots of friendly cats!

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Spectacular! Regina’s place was the best place to call home for a few days! Centrally located, peaceful, beautiful views. Interesting colorful place with great locals around right by a wonderful diving place. Did I mention the fully stocked fridge??? Or the many delightful and thoughtful details like mosquito spray, beach towels, great coffee, a six pack of Medalla and really decenr wine. Yoga mat? Check. Cooler.? Check. Snorkels?. Check. I want to come again soon! And I want to take over the entire property. Just amazing! What a treat to my partner and I. I have been many times in Culebra and its always been wonderful but this stay was more than wonderful, it was delightful. Thank you.

Spent an incredible month here in May with my partner. We really appreciated the premium features in all areas of the home (I.e. King bed, central air, tall ceilings, espresso machine, lux shampoos and conditioner, yoga mat and block, etc). The host is top tier and everyone we met around Costa Bonita was so nice and friendly, one neighbor even took us out on their boat to nearby islands for the day! Incredible pool and lounge chairs, and beach chairs and coolers included for days out on the beach. All the cooking essentials are included. WiFi internet was Starlink and had 300mb/s even on cloudy days. Perfect for work and long stays. Overall, after a full month here we have only positive memories from our stay. Highly recommend.

This place was everything and more! It had everything you needed and was so clean. Fabiola was extremely helpful to make the check in and out process and easy as possible. She also gave us various local recommendations, which was so helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

El sitio cuenta con unas vistas hermosas, está cerca de la playa y de varios restaurantes, y tiene una terraza muy agradable para disfrutar. Nosotros nos alojamos por trabajo pero tuvimos una estancia tranquila y relajante, ideal para descansar y recargar energías.

We just had the most wonderful experience, and it all started with this amazing place and its incredible host! We felt so welcomed from the very beginning, with a warm greeting and some lovely local gifts that were such a thoughtful touch. The home itself was spotlessly clean, which we so appreciated, and the views were beyond incredible – truly mesmerizing! Our host, Claritza, provided clear instructions for everything, which was incredibly helpful. She was always prompt in responding to our questions and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. This was more than just a stay; it was a truly memorable and heartwarming experience!

This home had all you can ask for when traveling. The ocean front view, the location, the peaceful settings is all you can ask for. The location was perfect, beach front, walkable to cafes, local restaurants, supermarket, etc. The home was immaculate & the views from El Yunque mountains to Playa Azul. Wow! The drive was excellent to all area's you wish to visit. Alejandro was attentive, friendly & always responded in a timely matter. Our experience was super & we would definitely return to this peaceful oasis.

The location could not be better! Located right on a private, stunning beach! Loved the porch for napping and reading. Beautiful flowers all around! Peaceful and friendly environment! I'd love to return to the villas!

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

Javier is a great host! Sunset at Park Villas is a very peaceful, clean, and freindly community. The apartmebt was great, comfortable, clean, very smartly decorated, and the second floor patio is such a nice little hangout spot after a long day! We will definitely be back! Gracias Javier! Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Beautiful villa with an even more beautiful view! The villa is very spacious and clean! The pool is steps away (and so is the ocean), and we had the pool to ourselves the whole week. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants at the hotel. THE CASINO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED! We were very disappointed to find out it was closed for remodeling. The owner of the villa said he would update his listing since it currently says there is a casino on site. We hope to return once the casino is open.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fernando made sure everything was well maintained. The moment we walked in, the space smelled amazing and was spotless. The blankets and towels were fresh and clean, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Fernando was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in while visiting Condado—and I come every year to visit family. I would absolutely book again. The building also has a good-sized pool, which was a great bonus. The apartment felt like home and had all the essentials. I was even able to pick up some groceries and make breakfast thanks to the well-stocked kitchen with pans and utensils. Gracias, Fernando, por todo. Espero regresar pronto. ¡Bendiciones! 🙏🏼
