Holiday rentals in Vienna Woods

This new house has an artistic, minimalist architecture with a soothing, calming atmosphere. We appreciated the lack of superfluous items or kitschy decorations. The house is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The view was fantastic, no TV needed. The cozy sleeping places were high quality and had large duvets. There was a lot of peace, although the only neighboring house was sometimes being built. Since it was light in the morning in May, one of us had too few options for darkening. The host really cares about his guests, he was always proactive, very helpful and responsive. We traveled without a car and for the last kilometers it worked well with the call bus (phone or app). The on-call bus has certain operating times and a time lead. Under certain conditions, some trips are even free (taxis are horrendously expensive).

We really enjoyed our stay at Flo’s apartment. The location is very convenient, tram, subway stations, and even the airport line are just a few minutes walk away. You can easily get to the main attractions either by walking or using public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and there’s even a grocery store open on the weekend just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the apartment. Highly recommend!

A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.

Julian’s apartment is a real gem. Fabulously equipped with everything you could ask for with all appliances, towels etc., etc., being of the highest quality. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day. Utterly spotless. Highly recommend!

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The accommodation is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically furnished. There are numerous possibilities to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right on the doorstep there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach the center of Vienna in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. E-charging station for cars only 100m away.

It is definitely an indescribable experience, just absolute peace, and it has a great charm. In this area, it is worth hiking, then heading to the hut and letting your soul wander. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely come back!!!!

We had a truly unforgettable stay! The apartment is in an incredibly peaceful location — perfect for unwinding. What made it even more special was how thoughtfully the relaxation spots are arranged throughout the home. Each one invites you to pause and enjoy the moment so much that you almost wish you had more time to spend in each of them. But what really stood out was the hospitality. On our very first day, I had to leave unexpectedly, and Sabine immediately stepped in to help. She made sure my family had everything they needed — even arranging food so they wouldn’t be left without anything to eat. Her kindness and care went far beyond what you expect from a host. Thank you, Sabine, for making us feel so welcome and looked after. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful stay here and would recommend to any travelers! A bit tucked away from the busyness of Vienna. Lovely home rich with history and very kind and responsive hosts. I found the place to be just as pictured. Clean and had all that we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
