We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

Highly recommend Mickael’s place. We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had a lovely time. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area of the house and the proximity to many activities + beach.

Great value for the money. Thank you for the little extras for the little one (travel cot, potty, booster chair...) Thank you also for the bicycles, one of which with a baby carrier, that remained available. It was very nice to be in such a calm and soothing place and to be able to see the chickens, look for the eggs, the children also enjoyed seeing the little chick, the turtles during your spouse's visit. They were very happy to be able to play with your children's indoor and outdoor games and toys. Finding a swing and a slide was also a plus for the children. We appreciated the fact that there is no TV and wifi, we even decided to put all the phones away throughout the stay. A 4-day weekend without screens, the best! Thank you for all the information and the very pleasant communication. We'll come back 😊

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. Great! That's the only word that comes to mind. The owners have created a place where you feel as good or better as at home. The focus is on quality (appliances, dishes, bedding...) and good taste. The garden is fantastic and we were able to bring our 4 dogs to this totally secure space, even for runaways (a great relief of mind). House ideally located not far from amenities. The road that passes nearby is very discreet thanks to the positioning and layout of the garden. Friendly welcome and discreet stay but always available, the ideal hosts for us. In short, an ideal base for a successful stay in the moors. A big thank you to Nathalie for creating this place.

We had a great time with our three daughters. Julie is available, helpful and always smiling. The place is quiet, peaceful and you'll find everything you need to feel at home as soon as you put your suitcases down. We will gladly recommend this address to our loved ones and we would gladly return there.

Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and in a great location - right behind the dune. It is super equipped and you have many possibilities to use the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with many details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! About the area: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

We had a great time at this charming place. Ideal location in the cool forest. But be careful anyway for those more sensitive to heat in summer, there is no air conditioning and everything is made of bay windows. Also, a heads up to my arachnophobic friends, this type of accommodation is a little challenge. Otherwise, the accommodation is very charming and comfortable, although the two additional bedrooms are quite cramped for anything other than children.

Excellent fortnight spent in this area and in this villa, Fabienne is very responsive and very attentive to our needs. It's super quiet and it's exactly what we were looking for, a few villas around but really a relaxing place, the equipment of the house is really great, you'll find everything, and in quantity, nickel cleanliness, very comfortable bedding. A place, a villa, a great host... we really recommend it!!

Beautiful location opening out on a forest full of singing birds. Great amenities in town ie grocery and amazing bakery. Excellent location for day trips .

If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

We had a lovely stay at Gilles's. The house is very well located, very clean and comfortable. We were very well received by Gilles who gave us all the information to have a good stay. We will come back and recommend!

We had a nice vacation in the accommodation, we especially liked the terrace. There is also a dishwasher.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.
