Incredible magical spot - almost like a mix between an apartment and a seaside cabin. It’s definitely rustic but it’s gorgeous, I had no issues and I felt completely safe staying there alone as a young woman in my 20s. The location is so so incredible, you can see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony, and wandering the old town and then coming back up to the apt feels peaceful and special . Host was super friendly and accommodating and everything was clean. Also so convenient that it’s 15 min from the airport. I hope to come back and would recommend ! Just be aware it’s a lot of stairs (4th floor walk up) for anyone with mobility issues.

Having spent a lot of time in VSJ, I couldn’t have picked a better location. Away from the hustle and bustle (ie, not near the cruise ship port and not jammed in the middle of a row of bars) but walkable to anywhere in VSJ, mere minutes to El Morro and any number of restaurants. There is a bar about a block away which had some loud roof top evenings but a pair of ear plugs and the AC running drowned out most of it. Everything is as described in the listing and pics are accurate. Camila was super responsive to my questions prior to our arrival. Easy and accurate check in/access. Bear in mind that you are at the “top” of the peninsula so home is always uphill. There are also three flights of stairs to the apartment door and then a flight to the living space once inside. This was not a problem for us, but for some it may be. All in all, loved staying here! It’s a very comfortable space with GREAT AC! And the million dollar view from the rooftop is worth tackling the spiral staircase for!

I have to give our excelente host Sebastian 20/10. He was so helpful, attentive, and responsive. Indeed top experience! I would recommend this place to anyone I know visiting PR. GREAT location - we walked to the beach everyday! And lot’s of restaurants near by and mini market right next door for anything you may need! Not to mention the room is so comfortable and felt right at home. I will definitely be staying here again when I return!

Such an amazing apartment in the heart of everything to do in San Juan. The views from the living room is gorgeous. Location is unbeatable and the decor all over the space was truly stunning. The host was super helpful and communicative. We had such a great time. Do not hesitate to book this place!

I loved my stay. The Airbnb was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. 2 bathroom was perfect. The decor was perfect. Very classy and simple. The pool was my favorite way to relax after a day of walking, eating and shopping. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. The location was perfect. Easy access to everything. No need to rent a car. Even when we went shopping it was a short uber ride away.

Loved staying here! It was a good deal, the location is great, has lots of great restaurants, and the apartment is spacious, super clean, and well stocked with everything you would need. Logan is super responsive and helpful. No complaints!

Wow. What a place. This is a great property, less than a block from the ocean, and with a nice view from the front balcony. There are great restaurants in walking distance from the property and Cecilia was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and a very generous soul. The property also had some beach chairs which was great for us. We had a great stay and would return again! Thanks so much, for a great stay, Cecilia!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 and just steps away from the beach. The pool was exactly what we needed! Kristina made sure our stay was special and coordinated, decorations, drinks, and even a birthday cake for our birthday celebration. There are lots of board games… bop it 100 record over here! 😆 the house has everything you need. Ramon and Kristina were responsive and were always available when we had any questions. We will definitely be back, next time we are in San Juan!

House and service was amazing all around anytime we had a slight issue Alan and Roy were beyond helpful they are amazing hosts and keep the house in wonderful shape I would recommend this place to anyone and I will probably come back myself.

Great location and a comfortable home. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. My friends and I had a great time and really enjoyed the place. Would definitely recommend!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

The Air bnb was just as described. Modern and clean with an oceanfront beautiful view. I loved the extra added security which requires the key to move the elevator. Ubers were less than $10 which allowed us to get out often. It was a great location to travel to other hot spots in less than 30 minutes. I would only suggest for guests staying more than 2 nights a possible change of sheets but we survived. Enjoy the bottle of moscato we left, and thank you again for opening up your home.

Book it. If you think you need to see more options, you dont! This is THE PLACE TO STAY. What an increible few days we had. Harry’s home is exactly like the photos, and absolutely everything you need is available. There is water available to you in the fridge upon arrival, but if you need any more supplies the supermarket is just a short walk away. Nothing beats waking up to that view and being right on the beach. The balcony, the chairs, the hammock, the bed, the tv, the Breville coffee machine, the bathroom, THE SHAMPOO BODY WASH AND CONDITIONER 10/10!!! We’ll be talking about this place for a while. I will definitely be back to this apartment in Isla Verde. Thank you again for a magnificent stay!!!

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Super clean and nice place to stay, very pleasant n comfy. Right next to beach. Perfect hosts Melina and Polet. Extremely responsive. Enough towels, toiletries etc for stay. Well stocked place. Don't ever change!

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again
