Maria and Claudio have been the perfect hosts. Their vacation house is so nice that you can start feel home immediately. The garden and pool ist just remarkable. We would love to come back someday!

Francesca was kind and helpful. She went with us to the hospital and the pharmacy when needed.

Super complete apartment and with a privileged location since it is 100m from the train station and with a supermarket next door you have everything at hand.

We felt very comfortable with Claudia from the first moment. She welcomed us openly and courteously and enriched our stay with wonderful tips. For us, it was an oasis with a lot of peace and wonderful sunsets. We would always go on vacation with Claudia again.

This is a lovely property, which is kept in a pristine condition. The gardens are beautifully kept and the swimming pool was perfect for keeping cool in the Tuscan sunshine. The restaurants in Santa Maria Del Giudice are very good and we enjoyed everything about our stay. As a base for visits to various locations in Tuscany, this was a great place to stay.

We had a lovely stay, the host was amazing very helpful and lovely. Beautiful place to stay. Away from the city centre for peace and quiet but close enough to walk to the main attractions! We even found time to go to the beach only a short taxi ride away. Taxi from the airport is only 15-20 Euros. The garden area and roof terrace are lovely in the sunshine. Definitely recommend. Don’t forget to visit the hosts lovely artistic/souvenir shop in the city centre!

Absolutely fabulous stay, the location was great and she even recommended parking spaces for us and where the best places were to eat!

Very lovely, Gloria was incredibly friendly and helpful. Once we got the hang of the busses it was all smooth sailing!

First of all, this is a very well appointed place with little things like olive oil, spices, make-up towels, q-tips, etc. The view from front balcony is incredible, private back terrace was really nice too. The breeze off the sea was lovely from all rooms. Super clean and kitchen was well appointed. Laura was a sweetheart and checked on us daily but in a helpful way and not at all obtrusive. Towns are lovely and we enjoyed exploring but Riomaggiore was our favorite. Would stay here again and again (and yes, the second elevator was broken so alllllll the steps helped us sleep well at night).

Very nice, well-kept and clean apartment. Well-stocked kitchen and the small breakfast included. Very convenient location near the station within walking distance and close to a pizzeria that makes very good pizzas and farinata. Overall a great stay, we are satisfied.

Roberto was very nice and helpful. His place is lovely and with creative twist. Terrace is amazing! A lot of restaurants araund offering good food. There's no parking next to the apartment, but we parked at Europark 5 minutes away.

The location of the accommodation was very good. 10 min. to LaSpezia and yet very rural. There are many excursion possibilities, including popular destinations such as Pisa and Lucca, or idyllic hiking trails directly in the area. The apartment is very nicely done and is well equipped, with everything you need. Communication with the landlord was always very quick and helpful. In total, we had very nice days in the accommodation.

And with amazing restaurants just a short stroll away, indulging in the local cuisine is an absolute delight. Our stay here was truly unforgettable, and we eagerly anticipate our return. A wonderful place, everything you need is on site. The view from the balcony is the best in the world. We have already been to Tuscany, but we will return to this place with great pleasure.

This place was pure heaven to us. It is a very beautifully restored old windmill and you can clearly see the love that was put into this place. We stayed here in the first weeks of august, so temperatures were quite high. However, because the house is located in a deep valley there is quite some shade, and for the warmest moment you can cool of in the creek that runs by the house. The surroundings were very lush and green. This was also a great place for our kids to play and explore. The nearby village Castiglione di Garfagnana is a great town to get coffee, have lunch or dinner. Very family oriented, and it feels very much alive with locals coming together in the evening to talk. All in all, we felt very much at home and hope we can comeback soon again!

We just had a wonderful 3-week family stay. Great vacation at Claudio and his wife's. Helpful, welcoming, available hosts... all with discretion. 👍 Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The home and its surroundings make for a very pleasant vacation. The pool and air conditioning throughout the accommodation offers ideal comfort to enjoy the sun without suffering from the heat 😊 The location allows you to visit, by car, many Tuscan sites and enjoy this beautiful region. And Claudio is happy to give good tips, good places to go... so that we can make unforgettable memories 😊 We'll definitely be back. 😃

A nice accommodation that exactly matched the description with a quiet location and a large parking lot right next to it. The apartment had everything you need and nothing was missing, plus a great terrace. Check-in was very easy and communication with the host was great

Gioia’s little piece of Tuscan paradise exceeded all expectations. The apartment was lovely, the scenery gorgeous and the pool perfect for lounging amongst the lavender and olive trees, not to mention hanging out with Wolfy. Do not miss an opportunity to take the pasta making class with Graziella as she helped us craft one of the best Italian meals we’ve had! This was one of the highlights of our weeks in Europe and we can’t wait to return.

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

Beautiful view, clean and very well decorated accommodation with quality furniture, very well equipped and renovated, very nice pool. We had the accommodation overlooking the pool with the terrace and the sofa very nice when the weather was nice. Very natural environment with few shops around, the first are 15 minutes down to the city. The village of Silico is cute but there is only one restaurant, located 100 m walk from the house (with a very nice view). Unfortunately, we did not have good weather in May, and even cold, plan warm clothes and hot water bottle because we only had heating the last 2 days and only a few hours in the evening. the animals present on the ground offer a total change of scenery. in summary the place is beautiful especially if the weather is nice because it is quite isolated. thank you to Monica for her sympathy and responsiveness.

This was a fantastic place with a great view. The host was hospitable more than he even needed to be. I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Upon entering the accommodation, we received a very warm welcome in a very relaxing environment! Host's son helped us with lifting our luggage to the cottage. Wonderful apartment, a fantastic terrace with a great view of the mountains! Sun from morning to evening. Nice address given to a local restaurant in the village.
