Lovely hosts, who were also responsive when we needed help. Nice touches at the well-equipped property, and it’s very private too. We throughly enjoyed the garden (ripe strawberries every day!). The picturesque riverside deck at the back was a delight for swimming (depths to 2 metres) and for fishing (various species!) Our big dog loved the large, enclosed space. Description is accurate. This is a top choice if you are keen to explore Brive and this area.

Cet hébergement en pierre est très agréable, surtout par les fortes chaleurs, et son aménagement bien adapté pour un séjour à deux. Lit confortable et vaisselle suffisante. Lieu paisible dans la végétation, idéal pour visiter Padirac et Roquamadour à moins de 28km. Véronique est une hôtesse accueillante et communicante tout en étant discrète. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Ein perfekt saniertes Häuschen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles Nötige vorhanden, toller Garten und alles in völliger Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Moderne Heizsysteme, beeindruckend ökologisch aufgestellt, wir waren von Haus und Gastgeberin begeistert.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mia. Le logement était très propre et fidèle à la description. Le cadre est apaisant et permet une totale déconnexion. Mia est une hôte très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un séjour exceptionnel : une maison magnifique, des hôtes très sympathiques et un très beau jardin ! Nous avons apprécié passer du temps sur la terrasse car le calme et la vue sont apaisants ! Nos 2 petits chiens ont également bien profité de l'extérieur clôturé. Beaucoup de jolis villages à visiter dans les environs et de balades à faire. Merci à Nathalie et à Bernard pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse !

Wat een fantastische plek en een geweldig huis! Philippe en Céline zijn ontzettend aardig, lief en prettig in de omgang. We hebben niet vaak zo’n geweldig airbnb huisje bezocht, alles was even mooi, schoon, compleet en met oog voor detail. Het zwembad is natuurlijk de kers op de taart, heerlijk. Meyssac is een erg fijn dorp, leuke markt, lekkere terrasjes, aardige mensen. De omgeving is prachtig, na ieder weggetje is er wel weer een heuvel waar je de mooiste uitzichten hebt, het houdt niet op! Mooie dorpen, kastelen en niet te vergeten, de walnotenolie! Zalig! Kortom…we zijn verliefd op de Corrèze, Meyssac en dit heerlijke huis.

Magnifique logement super atypique. Rénové avec soin et décoré avec goût. La literie est parfaite avec les deux grands lits. Nous prévoyons de revenir cet été pour découvrir plus les alentours.

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

Wow! What a wonderful experience. I will never be able to stay anywhere else in France. Philip’s villa is a castle in paradise. With pastoral views in every direction, this villa drinks you in like an old friend. The pool is magnificent, as are all the rooms in this lovely home. Bedrooms were air-conditioned with comfy beds and linens. The kitchen was perfect for lots of cooking, the indoor balcony was ideal for meals with gorgeous views, and the living room was great for relaxing in front of the smart TV. Philip was the perfect host .. extremely communicative and helpful. It was a special treat to meet him personally when he stopped by one day to say hello. We also enjoyed getting to know Philip’s father, who happened to be staying close by. Edgar, the villa’s regular caretaker, is one in a million, and made our stay even better. The town of Objat became a regular stop, especially on Sundays at the open-air market. Magnifique!!!!

Le logement de Claude et Marie-Christine est un véritable petit havre de paix, hôtes très accueillants et réactifs. le petit espace extérieur est très agréable et reposant! Tout est fait pour s 'y sentir chez soit ! rien ne manque ! l'environnement est magnifique et d'un calme absolu! c'est une adresse que je conserve précieuse ment !!

We hebben een heerlijke ontspannen tijd gehad. Een heerlijk huis en geweldig zwembad. Lekker rustig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Patrick heeft ons geweldig geholpen toen we pech hadden met de auto. Echt mensen waar je op kunt bouwen. We komen heel graag terug.

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Rien à redire. Nathalie très gentille et très réactive. La maison est idéal pour se reposer. Situé au calme et proche de Périgueux et de beaucoup de site touristique. La piscine à l'abri et chauffé sur un grande terrasse est vraiment le plus de la maison. Je la recommande vivement.

magnifique endroit paisible accompagné par les coassements des grenouilles et les sauts de carpes...un régal...le spa par une chaleur accablante un vrai délice... par contre déçus de ne pas pouvoir fermer la porte à clé, du canapé vraiment pas confortable même si nous avons passé notre temps à l'extérieur du chalet, de la couette avec beaucoup de tâches...sans ces petits bémols, le séjour a été idyllique , la région ne demande qu'à être découverte !!! propriétaires très discrets er accueillants

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.

We stayed for a month enjoyed a very relaxing time. Marie Christine could not have been more helpful. The village is beautiful and busy during the day but very quiet at night with limited restaurants open. But it is open with all the restaurants at lunch time. The Bar in the centre of the village was very friendly and we would recommend the hotel in the village for food! The walks were sublime - if you love walking you will love it here. Marie Christine was super helpful and hospitable - even when we accidentally broke her fridge - a truly lovely lady. If you like quirky you will love it here.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Logement agréable dans lequel rien ne manque . Superbe vue sur la vallée de la terrasse. L'hôte est très réactif. La piscine est un petit plus en période de forte chaleur. L'accessibilité au logement est un peu compliqué mais c'est le prix à payer pour la vue et la tranquillité

Charmante petite maison très joliment décorée, au calme en pleine nature au bord d'une voie verte (nombreux sites touristiques accessibles en vélo par des routes/chemins très peu fréquentés). Diane est très soucieuse de votre bien être. Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer et profiter de ce coin de Périgord à l'écart des bruits et de la foule.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Elles se voulaient paisible, les pieds dans l'herbe entre balade alentours et petits villages à visiter. Nous avons trouvé le logement littéralement impeccable ! Il ne manque rien ! MHelene est très attentionnée. Nous avons pu chercher les oeufs de poules 2x avec notre fils de 2ans. Les chiens étaient les bienvenus également. Nous reviendrons !!!! Merci encore !

We stayed at Anne-Sophie's apartment for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. She had thoughtfully provided plenty of information about the town, as well as a lovely welcome gift of homemade apple juice and fig jam, whch was a really nice touch. Anne-Sophie was very helfpul and always quck to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

Eric et Dianne sont des hôtes très accueillants. Leur gîte est très agréable, doté de tout les équipements nécessaires. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, copieux et composé de produits locaux. Le jardin, la vue et la piscine font de ce gîte un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, au calme. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et espèrons pouvoir revenir une prochaine fois
