Very nice accommodation for a few days that fully matches the description. Marié and Sébastien were very responsive and accommodating during our exchanges.

Impeccable apartment, very functional, ideally located in front of Annemasse station. Beautiful and unobstructed view, not overlooked, well soundproofed. Closed and secure private parking in the basement, secure street. The welcome from our host was very warm. Everything was perfect, thank you! We'll come back here if we have a chance!

Renata is honestly the most wonderful host we have had on Airbnb. Incredible communication and fantastic tips. The accommodation itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated with a lot of little attentions. Surroundings are incredible too. Little gem with wonderful hosts, a short ride away from Geneva, and in the lovely town of Nyon. A must ! We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Rabiya's studio. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and with rare generosity. The studio is perfectly furnished, clean, and decorated with taste. The view from the balcony of the mountain is breathtaking, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The parking space is a big plus, and the elevator adds extra comfort, especially with luggage. The studio is ideally located, close to amenities while offering unparalleled tranquility. We loved Rabiya's tips on the best things to do and see in the area, which enriched our stay. His kindness and availability far exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

We had a pleasant stay at Filipe and Severine's. The instructions were very clear, the place impeccable, perfectly matched the photos. We would highly recommend and will be back without hesitation!

Very nice location. We had the pleasure of having snow and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. the bedding is comfortable and the area quiet .
