Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Private wood-fired hot tub next to the terrace and barbecue area. Sauna cabin right by the water. Private private swimming jetty at a convenient distance from the cabin (20 m). New boat with motor available to hire.

Magnor center about 2 km there you have, for example, Magnor Glassworks and porcelain, Ingelsrud pastry shop, Kiwi and petrol station. Skotterud about 7 km. It has several shops and coffees. Sweden is about 4km away. Charlottenberg shopping center located a little further in Alpine center about 20 mins away. Kongsvinger golf club about 25km and there is a golf course in Eda.

Close to the beach in summer and close to the ski slope in winter. This idyllic wooden house is located between the small villages of Köla and Bålstad, located on the river Kölaälven. The Hugn and Ränken lakes are 200 meters away, where there is also a seaside resort with sandy beach. Charming and cozy country house, where you can live all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forest, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle places. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km).
