There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

The place is located 150 meters from the fjord and the most beautiful view of the Limfjord and the North Sea. Close to Thy National Park, Vestervig, and Agger. An agreement has been made with Sydthy swimming pool that it is free to come and bathe there, just bring the key with the house number.

The home is in the countryside where there are horses, donkeys, chickens, cats and dogs. The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen and a private toilet/bath with infrared sauna. Bedroom is in the loft. The area consists of rich opportunities for long walks or a short trip to the water (31 km to the North Sea). Approximately 2 km from Sørvad (local grocery store), 10 km from Holstebro and 30 km from Herning.

In the summer months, there is access to outdoor showers. There is a 50-meter child-friendly beach and the possibility of renting a sauna, which is located on the beach grounds. Location at Thy National Park, where there is ample opportunity for nature experiences, as well as outdoor activities on the water, forest and lake.

Outside is a 55m2 big terrasse with an amazing outdoor fireplace to spend a good time together. The summerhouse is located at a peaceful spot with 4 min walk to a grocery store and 12 min walk from the beach.
