Bedroom w/2 single beds, can be combined into a double bed. Nice bathroom w/shower. Kitchen combined with the living room, where there is new furniture and sofa bed. The house is located 500 meters from the harbor with free boat slipway and good shopping. There are nice restaurants and an oyster bar within walking distance. Bus stop to Skive/Nykøbing is right outside the door.

Small cottage by the North Sea

The house was built in 1945 and has been inhabited by local fishermen until we bought it as a holiday home a few years ago. It is an older and worn but clean and cozy house with the nicest beach a few minutes walk from the front door. The beach offers great opportunities for amber finds, fishing, and kitesurfing. Behind the backyard is a newly built swimming pool with sauna and steam room as well as a gym, etc. Free access to this is included in the rent.
