Nice house at the Swedish west coast

Renovated spacious and practical house with room for many. In addition to the Bohuslän idyll, there is a fenced plot with hammock, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with large grill and Italian pizza oven. In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Vi leier ut vårt romslige 70`talls feriehuset, med sengeplass til 8-10(4 soverom), 2 bad, stue, kjøkken og vaskerom. Huset ligger på en fjelltopp, med sol hele dagen og fantastisk utsikt mot Lahellefjorden. Huset ligger 100 meter fra vannet i luftlinje. 5 min gange og du kan bade på den lokale brygga eller stranda. Turområder rett utenfor døra, med en flott kyststi utover Østerøya. Her kommer du fort til Skjellvika og andre nydelige sandstrender.

Nybyggt litet hus ca 50 kvm i två plan. Centralt beläget ca 10 min gångavstånd till Kosterbåtarna. Nära till allt. I huset finns en 140-säng och en 105-säng samt en bäddsoffa som är 140 bred. Det ingår täcken och kuddar men ej sänglakan eller handdukar. Ungdomar som vill festa får välja något annat boende, detta ligger i ett lugnt område. House with a wonderful sea view! The house is located only 200 m away from the famous coastline of Bohuslän, with rocky cliffs and sandy beaches. This coastline was ranked 7th among the world's last great wilderness areas by CNN Travel in 2013. Ideal for families (with children), couples and solo travelers. Two kayaks are available upon request (additional fees apply).
