Beautiful place and a nice clean home

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautifully located between the rocks, giving it a peaceful and private atmosphere, yet still close to scenic walking paths with amazing views. It’s also just a short distance from the ferry, which made getting around very convenient. Malin was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice cabin, perfect for a larger group. It would be advantageous to have an additional bathroom, but with a little planning, 15 people and 1 bathroom worked fine.

Literally heaven on earth, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Svein and his family were so beautiful and kind. I felt so safe and peaceful there. I will definitely be back. 100/10 loved everything about my stay xx

Silje's cottage was an immediate feel-good place!We were allowed to spend a few beautiful & quiet days on Little Yellow, with Silje always answered directly & answered our questions with advice & action. Particularly missing will be like the veranda with the large garden (including hot tub)! Also the available board games made us sweeter every night:) Not far away we had everything we needed: from supermarket, to restaurants, to a great beach. The proximity to the next larger city of Fredrikstad also had its advantages! There we came across friendly people and delicious food & admired the diverse sculptures. In any weather you could do something & a rainy evening was in order, the day in Silje's cottage ended really well with a cozy fireplace & a movie night. Definitive recommendation !!

The stay was very nice, and the place was cozy and comfortable to be in. Everything was tidy and nice, and I felt welcome. There was a bit of a smell from the toilet when I entered, and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak. But all in all a good stay!

Lennart's small apartment is a real insider tip. It's small, but it has everything you need. The most beautiful thing about the accommodation, however, is the view over the bay. Simply idyllic! Lennart was a perfect host. Very accommodating and friendly. We could always reach him. I would always come back for a trip to Sweden's beautiful west coast.

Amazing view over the lake. Exactly like described. Access to own catwalk from which you can jump in the water and a rowboat to explore the lake and the three islands. Tranquil nature all Ground. About 90 min drive from Oslo for a daytrip. Grocery shopping possibilities about a 15 min drive away. Nicest holiday home i have been to so far. Absolute recommendation. Would come back any time.

Nice little cabin in the woods. Although there are other cabins nearby, it felt calm and private. Nice outdoor spaces with access to sun or shade. Close to the sea, short walking distance. We used the place for accommodation, and there was not much time to explore the local area. We didn't spend much time at the cabin either. Good beds, we slept well, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Highly recommended. The owner responded quickly to inquiries and was very welcoming and helpful. The cabin also met expectations. It was super clean and neat when we checked in. In the kitchen has everything you need, and lovely patio with the possibility of coziness and barbecue. Grocery, Kiwi within walking distance, and if you have a car available you have Shopping and beach in about 20 min distance. happy to come back here😃

It was a lovely house. It's super quiet, you only hear the wind and sounds of nature. Every day deer in the fields, owls at night, edible mushrooms near the house. So if you want a quiet holiday you should come here. There are so many things to do in the area. Beautiful nature preserves where you can walk. Tova and Thomas are very kind people. They also have a very cute dog and cuddly chickens.

Ingela and Marcus have been great hosts. The place looked exactly like the pictures, the place is picturesque and so peaceful. On top of that we have got good recommendations for things to do and visit. Marcus has been very friendly and helpful to light up the fireplace and he was a great kayak guide! Ingela has been very responsive and precise in communicating with us. Highly recommended, we’ll be back!

Airbnb Review: Ingeborg's Place, Norway Ingeborg's place was a perfect blend of Norwegian authenticity and modern comfort. We had everything we needed, from modern amenities like plenty of power sockets to the rustic charm of the space. The comfortable beds and cozy fireplaces made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the middle of a forest by a lake. It was the perfect escape from city life. The thoughtful addition of sleeper shoes was a nice touch. We had an amazing time at Ingeborg's place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable Norwegian experience.

Great, clean and cozy place. Perfect stay for me and my children. The next time, there must be more than one night so we can enjoy the place and surroundings. Highly recommend if you are staying in Strømstad. Lennart was friendly and easy to communicate with. Great place!!

Really nice place. Nice cabin with lots of light. Lovely sunsets from the large terrace. Peaceful and quiet. Absolutely a place to find peace. Great beaches with chalk white sand just a 5 min drive. We really enjoyed ourselves here Good and quick communication with the host, and, which is a big plus. Definitely recommend.
