We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well equipped and very well located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer all our questions. Thanks again, we recommend this accommodation without hesitation ☺️

Clean and well-equipped accommodation.

The house is very well kept. Beautiful services, a beautiful pool, full of nice little corners to chat or read. I think spending a week with family this summer would be a real little paradise. I recommend it without a problem. You won't be disappointed.

Comfortable studio, with private access directly from the living room to the heated pool and jacuzzi, private terrace accessible from the bay window of the pool so very convenient. The sofa bed and pillows were very comfortable. Equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, cup, cutlery, spices, etc.). We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices at breakfast. Madison's company, the adorable dog, was pleasant. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Thank you very much. We leave relaxed.

A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor swimming pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, the must! Le Cabanon is superb in every way. Laurence and Gael gave us an extremely warm welcome with great information . Always excellent communication. We really enjoyed the pristine pool. The view is wonderful amongst the vines. The Cabanon had everything we needed and was extremely clean. A great base for exploring Nantes and the surrounding area. We left feeling extremely relaxed with wonderful memories from our stay. We would love to return in the future.

We found this place, with my partner and a friend, absolutely amazing. Impeccable quality, a magnificent accommodation, the perfect balance between modern and rustic, all the amenities available, unequivocal cleanliness and rigor. Had a wonderful stay here! We needed a place around this location for easier-access to get to a wedding. Accessible to center of Nantes if needed but nice country-side vibes :) Price point was perfect as well. The place was very clean and exactly as described. Wonderful stay! Recommend

We only stayed here for 1 night. The cottage is large and clean and close to Nantes. It also has a nice garden. Nicole responds very quickly and is very friendly. We'd love to come back sometime.

The place was clean and comfortable. Everything was as described. Special mention for the baby equipment (bed, high chair, etc.), which really made our stay easier. The host was very responsive and welcoming. I recommend it!

We had a very short stay, a weekend for a wedding, in Rodolphe and Laëtitia's cottage, and we are delighted! The accommodation is completely in line with the description, our host was very welcoming and was even able to recommend a restaurant and pizzeria because we arrived late. The cottage is very pleasant, with a beautiful terrace that we were even able to enjoy for meals and morning coffees because the weather was very mild. A big plus for the bedding and the size of the beds in general, we slept very well. Rodolphe and Laëtitia are very available and we were able to arrive and leave at our ease because they were very flexible on the time. I recommend it!

The lake house is a gem... beautiful, decorated with great taste, appliances beyond all expectations. Extremely clean, impeccable linen. Quiet and peaceful. The dream house! Marie was the most wonderful and responsive host. Maison Luneau-Papin was everything we wanted and more. Perfect location in the most beautiful setting by the castle, everything is within walking distance. The home was beautiful, very stylish, quaint and perfectly French. Easy to access from Nantes - 15 minutes on the train! Great amenities - it was a perfect stay! Thank you so much!

Very pleasant and very convenient accommodation. We enjoyed the proximity to the banks of Sèvre Nantaise for beautiful walks. Christelle advised us very well on arrival for all practical aspects for the house and for shops and activities in the surroundings. We had a lovely stay.

Passing through for a sporting event in the town, the accommodation was impeccable and the host welcoming upon our arrival. I recommend it without a problem.
