Прекрасное жилье! В номере очень уютно, чисто, есть необходимые вещи а так же прекрасный вид из окна. Сама вилла осажена цветами что только придает ей больше уюта. Мы были так же очень довольны расположением жилья: море (5 минут ходьбы), много баров, город Пиза всего 30 минут езды на машине! Работники очень отзывчивые и с удовольствием пойдут на встречу.

Mike was kind and responsive. The self checkin was easy to follow and all went smoothly. Kind staff and a comfortable, clean room. Definitely recommend!

Really cute apartment! Fulvia is very responsive and really sweet. Additionally, her family offered great recommendations around Cinque Terre, and the apartment itself is located in a really convenient area!

Veronica et Claudio ont été très sympathique. Ils nous ont donné de nombreuses informations pratiques et suggestions à proximité. La chambre est confortable, d’une belle taille et très propre avec des petits plus très apprécié (café, thé, …). Une bonne adresse qui plus est à deux minutes de la gare

Geweldige tijd gehad in Cinque Terre, Riomaggiore! Ookal bleven we maar 2 nachten en 1 dag, Paolo Scorci Di Mare heeft ons super goed advies gegegeven hoe we toch uiteindelijk zoveel mogelijk hebben kunnen bezichtigen. De route beschrijving en bezichtigingen die hij ons heeft aangeraden hebben we allemaal kunnen uitvoeren. De kamer was ook erg schoon, je zit erg dicht bij het trein station (perfect voor interrailers) het uitzicht van de kamer is prachtig en je zit dicht bij het centrum van Riomaggiore. Daarnaast konden wij de airconditioning ook erg waarderen.

Emanuele est un hôte très gentil et communicatif. Tout s’est bien passé. L’emplacement est parfait, tout près de la tour de Pise et de la gare de train. Merci encore Emanuele:)

Enrico was a gracious host and truly went above and beyond. His home was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed tranquility and also adventure. He helped us book local restaurants and gave us many pro tips. We loved his home, his mother and the animals. It was a wonderful stay!

Excellent logement.composé uniquement de 3 belles chambres et une belle salle de bain. Instructions très claires et facile d'accès et pour se garer. Propre avec très belle piscine de sel partagée avec le voisinage. La literie est parfaite. Nous n'avons pas réussi à se connecter au wifi mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Il y a un distributeur d'eau chaude et froide pour les boissons très pratique. Il manquerait une petite machine à café. Ce n'était pas dérangeant car il y a un café à côté mais fermé le dimanche. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir car c'est vraiment sympa et original ! Hôtes très sympathiques

Hemos estado muy bien y hemos descansado , nos han tratado con mucha amabilidad todo muy bien organizado y limpio y tiene mini bar !!! Nos ha parecido espectacular el trato del personal y muy recomendable agradezco el trato recibido volveremos pronto !

Simone è un host molto gentile, preciso e simpatico. Ottimo il suo suggerimento per un’ottima cena nei dintorni. Le camere sono belle, accoglienti e arredate con gusto. La piscina è un piccolo paradiso ristoratore e la colazione del mattino buona e sfiziosa. Ottima la posizione del B&B per visitare le città d’arte ma anche per raggiungere velocemente Livorno. Lo terremo come riferimento se tornassimo nella zona.

Het verblijf bij Sabrina was geweldig. Bij aankomst word je vriendelijk ontvangen en wordt alles in detail uitgelegd. Het verblijf zelf is fantastisch. Het uitzicht van het terras is geweldig, de kamer is schoon en authentiek, het ontbijt elke morgen is lekker en elke morgen verschillend en het zwembad is lekker en beschikt over alles om te kunnen chillen. We zouden dit verblijf aan iedereen aanraden en komen zeker nog eens terug!

Hôtel superbement bien placé. Accueil au top avec proposition d’avancer la voiture en communication avec la police(ZTL). Petit déjeuné en terrasse face a la mer!!

Très agréablement surpris, le logement était propre et très pratique. Le jardin n'est pas privé mais la manière dont c'est conçu fait penser que l'on est seul. Pas de vis à vis, petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Je recommande !

Piękne widoki, które powodują że już nie chcesz się ruszać z tego miejsca. Super usytuowane,z każdej strony piękny krajobraz. Basen czysty i zadbany. Dużo miejsca do spacerów, bezpiecznie dla dzieci które samodzielnie biegały po posesji. Wzniesienia przyjemne co umożliwia łatwiejszą jazdę na rowerze. Mieszkanie czyste, z pełnym kuchennym wyposażeniem i za to duży plus. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką, była bardzo pomocna, odpowiadała bardzo szybko na wszelkie wątpliwości jeśli się pojawiły, wyjaśniała od razu. Polecam miejsce! Sama na pewno tam wrócę :)

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'Hotel Nuovo Tirreno per 3 giorni con il nostro animaletto domestico. Teresa è stata veramente gentile e molto disponibile nel consigliarci dei ristoranti dove cenare vicino all'albergo. Per quanto riguarda la camera era pulita e confortevole e abbiamo apprezzato la vista mare, in generale siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La struttura è vicinissima al mare ed è ben fornita sia come ristoranti che locali per bere un buon cocktail dopo cena. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione solo l'ultima mattina ed è stata di nostro gradimento sia quella dolce che quella salata. Esperienza nel complesso positiva e accogliente.

For our purpose of short stay it was a very good choice. The room was exactly as seen on photos, parking easy and the location at convenient distance from the city center. The room was charming and decorated with eye for detail- couldn’t wish for more!

We highly recommend Rancone Lodge. Nicky was an amazing host and helped us with late check-in and dinner after we had car hassles. The place was amazing! The room was peaceful and spotless and a perfect spot to relax. The property was gorgeous. The staff were all fun and kind and full of helpful suggestions. The area has so much to offer with beautiful villages, restaurants and hikes. Would recommend to anyone who wants a perfect break in the hills of Tuscany. Hope to come again one day soon. Roberta è stata una host eccezionale. L alloggio non si trova in posizione centrale, ma è valorizzato dalla qualità offerta, il prezzo richiesto, la media della zona. L area giardino prevede una piscina e un ampio spazio di relax. Per me è 5 stelle tutte le volte che penso che ci tornerei. Questo è uno di quei casi! a presto Roberta.

Maria Livia si è mostrata da subito gentile e disponibile e non ha esitato a venirci incontro in caso di necessità. Il locale ha superato le nostre aspettative, essendo molto più spazioso di quello che pensavamo, con spazi puliti e ordinati. Se ripasseremo in zona sicuramente torneremo qui!

San Miniato is such a lovely village to visit, especially if you love good food and wine! Palazzo Essenza is the perfect place to stay, situated right in the square, close to everything, but also a peaceful place to spend a few days while you check out the local area. Antonio was super prompt with any queries and support, and the rooms are beautiful, well appointed and generously proportioned. I would highly recommend staying here.
