Nell'appartamento di Nadia ci siamo trovati benissimo, è ben attrezzato, pulito, confortevole e tranquillo. Nadia è stata disponibile e pronta nella comunicazione fornendoci informazioni utili sui servizi e sugli itinerari della zona. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione favorevole per le escursioni che volevamo fare (Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana ma anche camminate sui sentieri dell'entroterra). Consigliato.

Siamo stati ospiti di Alessandra nel ponte del primo di Novembre per rilassarci, visitare i borghi limitrofi, assaggiare le specialità del posto e divertirci nella città di Lucca in festa. La location davvero suggestiva, caratteristica e immersa nel verde. Infatti la casa si affaccia su un bellissimo giardino con ulivi e tante piante. Una casa che racconta una storia, quadri, oggetti e collezioni di famiglia rendono unica e speciale la struttura. La camera accogliente, pulita, con lenzuola, asciugamani, tv e comodo armadio. Il bagno ampio, anch’esso molto pulito. Il b&b, è stato piuttosto facile da raggiungere e c’è la possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio privato della struttura. Alessandra è stata molto professionale, gentilissima, mai invadente e allo stesso tempo sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità in struttura. Per colazione ci ha preparato buonissime torte e biscotti e proposto tante altre cose! Consiglieremo di sicuro la struttura! Un caro saluto. Nick e Ila

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Enrico et sa femme. Nous avons eu la chambre « feu ». Très propre et bien nettoyé, la salle de bain qui est partagé est très propre. Nous avons apprécié ce très bon petit déjeuner, avec un excellent café, il y en a pour tout les goûts, c’était parfait. L’aéroport se trouve juste à côté, mais nous n’avons eu aucune nuisance. Il y a des commerces, banques, restaurants au alentour, vous pourrez les rejoindre facilement à pied. Environ 15 minutes en voiture de la Tour de Pise. Je recommande fortement

המקום היה בדיוק כמו בתמונות ואף יותר יפה. נהנינו מאוד מההליכה היומית - לצד הנחל וביער - מהנקודה בה החנינו את הרכב ועד החווה. אחרי השקיעה היה לנו גם ליווי יפהפה של גחליליות. קיבלנו דירה עם חדר זוגי, וקומת גלריה עבור הבן שלנו, ששמח על הפינה הפרטית שלו. הכנו ארוחות ערב במטבח, אם כי הוא מותאם יותר לארוחות בסיסיות. החלל המרכזי היה נעים ומרווח לשהייה עם ספה, פינת אוכל נעימה, ומרפסת נהדרת שמשקיפה לנוף. בשבילנו, היתרון הגדול ביותר היה הטבע שמסביב, והאפשרות לצאת לטיולים ברגל ישר מהמקום, מבלי להיכנס לרכב. אפשר גם ללכת ולהסתובב בעיירה Fivizzano, לעשות קניות, לשתות ולאכול. המארחת, ג'ובאנה, הייתה זמינה תמיד ומסבירת פנים. נקודה אחת להדגיש למי שמגיע ומשתמש ב-google maps: למרות נקודת הציון הנכונה, הוא משתבש כשמגיעים לעיירה Fivizzano ומדריך להיכנס אליה, ואז משתבש. צריך לפנות שמאלה בדיוק לפני שער הכניסה לעיירה. משם ההדרכה נכונה.

Martha and Francesco’s place was great. Martha made the check in process very easy and was very responsive to any questions/concerns. The place was also very clean and has a great location within Riomaggiore. We would stay here again.

Die Kommunikation mit Angela war immer reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben flexibel einchecken können und Angela hat zügig reagiert. Auch auf Sonderwünsche ist sie umgehend eingegangen. Das B&B liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisa, ist aber über einen längeren Spaziergang, per Bus oder sonstiges Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Idéal…proche de tout (gare 8mm / tout commerce, marché local /tout bus ) j’avais peur du bruit du centre ville, mais non j’ai très bien dormi… lit oreiller tout est de belles qualités… la chambre est grande un beau balcon privé attenant et ma propre salle de douche et wc privé pour un appartement partagé c’est top. En plus Alessandra utilise facilement le traducteur donc aucun problème de langage et bon conseil. Elle envoie même des photos pour expliquer mieux les manipulations boîte à clefs , ascenseur, si j’avais eu un problème ( ce qui étais très facile puisque quelques marches presque toutes pareilles !). Réactive en 10mm seulement…j’avais réservé de la gare et je me suis retrouvée dans le logement de suite J’avais même des en-cas et petit déjeuner à disposition dans la cuisine commune réservée au nom de ma chambre…. Vraiment très agréablement surprise… je recommande qualité prix très bien. merci Alessandra.

Wij waren met ze 3e en hadden het huisje op het terrein, heel erg privé en ontzettend mooi ingericht. Wij waren zeer tevreden, Patrizio en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en geven je gelijk tips voor bijvoorbeeld restaurants voor lunch of diner. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en mooi opgedekt, zwembad is fantastisch met warm weer. Mooi afgelegen met totaal geen last van het verkeer. Kortom, geweldig! Wij waren zeer tevreden en raden dit iedereen aan!

Home away from home- Claudia and Massi made me feel welcome from the first step on their land. They love a good talk and a even better laugh, but also give you privacy when needed. The house has incredible views down the valley, comes with a big garden, and lots of little places to sit and unwind. Breakfast is homemade by Claudia everyday, and there are two lovely dogs to play with- thank you so much for your kindness, it was a real joy to stay with you! Happy to come back

Greta was a very friendly and warm host. The room offered everything we were looking for. But the most important thing was the service provided by Greta and her family. Even when a problem arose that wasn't their fault, they went above and beyond to make our experience flawless. And they certainly succeeded. It was by far our best Airbnb experience to date. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with excellent service in this area, this B&B is definitely for you. Greta, thank you and your family so much.

Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre à proximité de la torre. Décoration du logement très jolie, équipements confortables et pleins de petites attentions bien appréciées. Miro è stato molto disponile, la stanza molto pulita. Posizione comoda e vicina al centro. Unica pecca il parcheggio, bisogna girare un pochino ma alla fine si trova.

Séjour exceptionnel, avec une hotesse avenante, des déjeuners copieux et délicieux; bref nous recommandons sans hesiter.

Excellent logement, impeccable, spacieux. Larges espaces communs accessibles, dont une agréable terrasse sur le toit avec vue vers le port. À un plus d’un kilomètre à pied de la gare mais le trajet se fait facilement et la tranquillité du lieu vaut bien ça.

La atención de Lorenzo y Claudia fue excelente, de 11 sobre 10. El lugar es un paraíso en la tierra y la mansión (que no casa) sobrepasó todas nuestras expectativas. Las indicaciones para la llegada y la estancia, siempre claras y precisas. El robot cortacésped no nos dio problemas y las chicas pudieron disfrutar de la piscina en un día caluroso. Fácil acceso desde Pisa o Lucca o Florencia. Seguro que volveremos y lo utilizaremos como punto de referencia.

Unser Aufenthalt im B&B Sottomonte war einfach traumhaft. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Adam, dem Gastgeber, herzlich empfangen – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Adam war nicht nur unglaublich freundlich, sondern auch äußerst hilfsbereit: Er gab uns tolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und versteckten Highlights in der Umgebung, die unseren Urlaub wirklich besonders gemacht haben. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön gelegen – mitten in der toskanischen Landschaft, ruhig und idyllisch. Unser Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen – frisch, regional und mit Liebe zubereitet. Sottomonte ist der perfekte Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und das echte toskanische Lebensgefühl zu genießen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank, Adam, für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Rosa was very friendly and she did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was very nice, even better than our expectations, and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling. I definitely recommend booking here.

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Elena si è dimostrata una host impeccabile. Stanza perfetta, dotata di tutti i confort ma soprattutto di quei piccoli dettagli che nel mondo dell'accoglienza fanno la differenza. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto. Unico consiglio: avrete bisogno di una macchina per gli spostamenti (viene in ogni caso fornito un parcheggio privato vicinissimo all'alloggio).

La casa di Elisabetta è incantevole. Si tratta di un antico rustico garfagnino ristrutturato nel rispetto rigoroso dei materiali originali e arredato con grandissimo gusto. In posizione panoramica a circa 2 km dal paesino, la vista è stupenda. Elisabetta è stata una host perfetta, attenta ad ogni dettaglio, super disponibile, premurosa. Soggiorno consigliatissimo !!!!
