Holiday rentals with breakfast in Verdon

Gessica’s mountain home was a beautiful place to stay, not only because of the natural surroundings but also a well-crafted and put together house. Very cozy! Gessica was very communicative and helpful as well. Would highly recommend if you want to be in a small town with a stunning environment.

Where to even start! Cyril is an AMAZING host and such an extremely kind and joyous person to talk to! We had great communication with check in/out, as well as he gave us recommendations as to what to do nearby when our original plans fell through! The kitchen was fully stocked with fresh juice, jams, and butter, as well as breakfast delivered to us each morning! This has been my favorite airbnb stay of all time, and really made for such a local feel to our trip. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in AIX; my fiancé and I had such a great time and can’t recommend Cyril’s place enough!

Olivier is passionate about astronomy, his passion is quickly contagious in his presence. The space is cozy and comfortable. A nice meeting.

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

Cindy’s place was lovely - the photos don’t do it justice, beautiful surroundings and great (heated) pool. The space felt right for what we needed with ample kitchen supplies, comfy bed and a TV with lots to choose from. Few things to note - her two dogs are very friendly and attentive, definitely don’t book unless you are a fan of dogs. We had a couple of issues with the toilet flush not working - she was very responsive and it didn’t matter too much as we were out quite a lot. The shower also was quite slow to drain but again this didn’t impact our stay. We really enjoyed our visit and Cindy and her lovely family were welcoming, helpful and conscious of privacy - it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. It’s up a gorgeous country road accessible by car or taxi. Thank you Cindy!

A cute couple welcome you to their home. Super cute, large and spacious apartment. All the comforts. The hot tub is really a plus. Since there are no shopping areas nearby, they welcome you with a homemade cake for breakfast. Cute and thoughtful.

Lovely old Barn/Farmhouse in the middle of lavender fields and woodland. It was so peaceful with no light pollution and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. A short distance from Lake Verdon and the Gorge and great for day trips with the ability to return to tranquility in the evening. Ghislane was very responsive to all our queries and requests and super helpful; for example, when the electricity went off during an overnight thunder storm, she organised for one the neighbour's to pop around near-immediately to get the electricity back on (I had checked the internal fuse board which was fine but I was unaware of an electric box outside). All is all, a great place to stay and we would not hesitate to return. The only thing to be aware of is that the track up to the house is long and quite bumpy (hard gravel and baked mud). It didn't bother us but then I am not precious about our car and it has good ground clearance).

We spent 2 days in Rémi's apartment, which had all the amenities to accommodate a family of 6. The apartment's location is excellent in old Aix, near Place Richelme. Just keep in mind if you arrive by car that it is difficult to unload the luggage next to the building because the area is not passable for vehicles. The parking lot is about 8/10 minutes walk from the building. The apartment has a cozy style. Portable air conditioners work very well. I'd go back to this place again!

My son really enjoyed the loft, having the opportunity to cook from home was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Small charming apartment, very clean and super well located in Gap. It takes some mobility to access the mezzanine but there is always the possibility of sleeping downstairs in the convertible. Our 8 year old son loved the net and would have liked us to spend more time in the apartment. Yet there's no shortage of activities around Gap! In short, we'll be back!

The house was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Angela mentioned she appreciates Japanese guests, who are known for being clean and respectful. I even suggested she visit Japan, and she happily told me it’s already her next holiday destination! Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

Wonderful! We loved staying in the old home with so much charm! We had breakfast and enjoyed the recommendations we were given to explore the towns! It’s truly a beautiful town and such an experience!!

Julie was a wonderful host. Friendly and with lots of recommendations for attractions around Aix-en-Provence. The property is in a beautiful location on the edge of town. It is easy to walk to the centre (about 20 minutes) or take a bus that stops outside. A highlight for us was a visit to Chateau la Coste winery and sculpture park which is not to be missed if you have a car and half a day to explore.

Michelle and Louis are super enthusiastic, thank you for the delicious breakfast every day, super ceremonial, completely saved our stomachs that we often can't find a restaurant to eat dinner, the room prepared for us is clean and tidy, all kinds of supplies are comfortable and hygienic, fully equipped, the car can be parked in the garden, the only thing is that the airbnb link to Google map will guide to the wrong address, fortunately Louis came to pick us up.We had a very, very pleasant three days. They love life, understand life, and their attitude towards life has been passed on to us. We look forward to seeing them again.

It was our third stay at Philippe and Mireille's and we recommend Patio 53 100%. The garden, the pool and the whole place are really beautiful. In addition, Philippe and Mireille have very useful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. You can be sure to have a very nice stay in a soothing setting.

More than expected! Felt like home. From the pool, to the garden, to the room and the breakfast! Everything perfect! Will come back for sure if there will be a next roadtrip through (South)France. Even more nights! :)
