Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ventabren

The villa was one of the top airbnbs we have ever stayed - evens better than on photos. Peaceful but just 10 mins by drive from the city. Outdoor area including pool and outdoor kitchen is simply lovely. Host are super helpful and responsive. We definitely try to come back one day!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Véronique’s stunning house! We had a warm welcome from Véronique’s son who gave us a tour and passed over the keys. The house is more beautiful than the photos, and it is in a calm, quiet space 20 minutes walk into picturesque Rognes village. Really well kitted out for children, with pool inflatables, books and toys available as well as the outdoor equipment. We did not expect that we would spend whole days choosing to stay at the property. Véronique herself was really responsive, giving us suggestions and recommendations before we’d even arrived, and it was lovely to meet her in person. We were very sad to leave!

Excellent stay here, our 3yo had a blast with the toys that the hosts very generously shared. Very well equipped little mazet and Catherine was lovely and made a delicious cake on arrival - thank you!

Mathieu's accommodation is a real gem! Surrounded by a field, this house is a true haven of peace. Tastefully decorated, the place has a real personality, we felt at home. Nothing is missing, everything is there so that we can enjoy the interior as well as the exterior. We hope to be able to come back soon for other shared moments, it's a real vacation home! This house was beautiful. Our family group (4 kids and 4 adults) had a great time in the house. There was plenty of room, lots of places to sit and have privacy but also several choices to all sit as a family for meals or talking. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. The rooms were very nice and the pool was wonderful. The kitchen was also very nice for preparing meals with everyone we needed. We would 100% stay here again and recommend Elisa and Gerard as hosts.

Unforgettable waterfront escape on the French riviera! We had the most incredible stay at this waterfront house! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is both scenic and wonderfully peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hostess was extraordinarily kind and made us feel so welcome. The house itself was spotless—truly the cleanest and best organized accommodation we’ve ever seen! Every amenity we could possibly need was available, and the garden and pool were simply fantastic and beautifully maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Bord de mer Vallon des Auffes was truly magical and we would love to return someday! This one-of-a-kind house is beautiful and spacious. It was a lovely, comfortable retreat for our two families to stay in while we explored Marseille. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was fabulous! We enjoyed multiple meals outside on the balcony. The location of the house is perfect for accessing via public transportation and it is within walking distance of several beaches and sightseeing destinations. The hosts are truly wonderful and made certain that our stay was amazing. They were quick to respond and helped us greatly during our trip. We loved our stay and very much hope to return to Bord de mer Vallon des Auffes again someday!!

A charming flat on a quiet and accessible street in beautiful Aix. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was easy to find and a short walk to all the great locations of Aix. The flat is sunny and bright, with a historic church right out the window. You have everything you need in this flat, and no clutter of things you don’t need. Feels like you are living in Provence (if even for a short few days). Would stay again on what will sure to be a return trip to this amazing ville.

Great place in a great location

All was great and host was always close by and available. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and make meals at home. The AC worked perfectly when we needed it. Would recommend.

This was a fantastic AirBnB. Right in the city centre of Aix-en-Provence everything was walking distance. The place itself was very stylish and we felt right at home. The parking spot is also great, even though you have to walk 5 min to get there. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this AirBnB.

We had a wonderful stay at Denis's! The accommodation is very nice, clean, well equipped and perfectly located. Denis is a welcoming and caring host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend her accommodation and will be happy to come back!

Very nice apartment next to Saint Charles. The south facing balcony is great for breakfast. Rooms are good and everything was clean. Very close to the city center. Tea and coffee was offered.

location is excellent, many outdoor activities like swimming, petanque, hiking (during which we met many friendky locals and their dogs), close to nature, we encountered so much wildlife , there is a chevrier and the famous Rove goats and the AOC cheese in the neighborhood. If you love nature and isolation from the noise of the city, this is the place for you. Yet it is an easy drive to the cultural and gastronomic fearures of Provence.

Beautiful property, private and peaceful, loads to explore in this area. Pierre is an excellent host very approachable,friendly, and unintrusive. Truly beautiful home we enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful host and stay. Beautiful property and great location. Walking distance to the next town but a local supermarket for whatever you need. Kitchen is super well stocked with cooking utensils so makes cooking at home easy. Host was incredibly helpful with recommendations and any teething issues. Only downside is we did not realise the en suite bathroom did not have a toilet. So only one toilet for the house. Otherwise was perfect and would recommend. Very peaceful and homely spot.

We have a great stay here. The villa feels so secluded, nestled within surrounding pine trees. I would highly recommend to a family or group of friends, with ample space to entertain and relax!

My husband and I just got back from a trip to Southern France and we wanted to make an extra special effort to acknowledge our hosts in Aix en Provence, Patrick and Lolita! They're incredible top floor apartment is located in Eguilles, just a few kilometers outside of Aix. We visited the center of Aix numerous times and it was literally a 12 minute drive to a public parking lot and 5 more minute walk to the center of the town. Ample parking on their own property, gorgeous landscaping, and the apartment was beautiful and tasteful and comfortable. Spent many nights having dinner and morning's breakfast on their Terrace listening to the birds and looking at the lush landscape. We had a big problem with our rental car (avoid Budget!) that stole a day from our vacation. We speak very little French. Thank God Patrick came to our aid, explaining the situation to Budget and Road Side Assistance. This Airbnb is very special. You can't go wrong choosing Patrick's home!
