You could not ask for a nicer host and a better location in Malibu. We needed a dog friendly place to stay and the options were limited. Lucky for us Rochelle had the nicest little place for our stay. Don't miss the breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen or dinner at Dukes just a two minute walk away. The house was well appointed and decorated nicely. The beds comfy and towels soft. But best of all was Rochelle's responsiveness. We had a few things come up during our stay and Rochelle helped us out so much (from a spare chair to host a little dinner to the mistake of hitting the jets on the tub and not knowing what the noise could be). Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay.

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

The location is wonderful. There is a lot of room in the house, comfortable arrangement. The temperature of the house was great, between window flow and A/c. Host was very friendly and communicative. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Such a fun house! My kids loved the different levels and there was a place for everyone to relax which is always so nice on vacation. Great communication from Summer and I enjoyed having the gated entrance. Tip - Totally our fault but the city is serious about parking on the correct side during sweeping! Summer warned us and gave us a great parking pass and we just missed moving the car. Ticket is $75. Hoping that will save someone else some spending money.

Had a wonderful stay for extended weekend trip to west coast. Beachfront was definitely a plus, and master suit over looking ocean was awesome.

Old beach house with amazing location! Bay side was perfect for our younger kids. Will is so nice, responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend

This is easily the favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Only reason I contemplated leaving a review, is because I don’t want others to fill the slots 😂😂 Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts!

This place is awesome! Exactly as pictured. Great location, solid construction. Beds were comfortable. Super solid construction. Layout was spacious. We had a great stay, Mathew was responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

Place was very clean, free of clutter, big TV, clean Fridge, bright windows and quiet. love it. Farrha always answered my questions. just needs some LTC to front yard/gate and replace the number house is missing 2 numbers. will take it again

This Seal Beach house was a fantastic spot for my family’s vacation. We loved the vibe of the house and our kids loved the pool. The outdoor furniture was great, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the perfect weather. Everything in Seal Beach is walkable. Park the car and enjoy. Sue, the host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this house.

Plenty of space for us to spread out and not feel like we’re on top of each other. The pool is a lot bigger than I anticipated and it was not very utilized so we had it all to ourselves. I was a little nervous that it would be too secluded from food, but there are more than enough options for a wide variety of food within a mile or two. Easy on and off the highway. The biggest fallback of this place is the shower/tub. It is up so high and has a pretty small stepstool to get in. It’s a giant soaker tub, which is nice but if you just want to take a shower, it is quite a process to get in and out. Especially for people who have any issues with being steady on their feet. So if you need any ADA compliance of any kind, this would not be a good spot, but otherwise it worked great.

Scott's place was perfect for a family! It's a quick drive to Redondo Beach and is ideally located to enjoy the LA area. We were 30-40 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to the Long Beach Aquarium. By far, the best attributes of the house were the outside grill and hot tub area. The backyard is fantastic for a family that wants to spend time outside. We grilled on the Weber grill and enjoyed the hot tub, which is humongous!

Charlotte’s , Seal Beach is an excellent place to relax and get away from the city. The ocean breeze was refreshing. The home is large and roomy. You can escape into your own space if you desire. Hostess is very friendly and welcomes you into her home.

Mary was a very kind and responsive host. While I wasn't ultimately able to stay with Mary, I look forward to staying with her in the future since her place seems very nice.

Great property in an excellent location with easy parking. Close to the beach and restaurants in a very walkable area. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The house was perfect for my son and his GF's visit. Good coffee and beach towels were nice touch.

Such a gem of a space! Within walking distance to the water, coffee, food and shopping, this was perfect for our little getaway. Comfy beds and so many extra amenities, this home was very clean and such a fun vibe. The host was so kind when I was confused about something that was totally user error. I would absolutely return. My only complaint was not booking for longer.

What a treasure - we got to live like royalty for 5 days! A house a few blocks from the beach, a gorgeous home with breathtaking views, a friendly community with lots of local vibe and charm, and great places to eat and shop. We couldn’t have enjoyed this stay more. Thank you so much for letting us share your delightful home! Great kitchen and laundry, comfy beds, luxurious bathrooms, and everything we needed for the beach. Fell asleep to the waves crashing at night. Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in your home in Hermosa Beach. The house was perfect for us. The beach and Strand are steps away! My grandchildren loved playing in the back yard and we appreciated the outdoor shower after beach time. We grilled several times and enjoyed dining outside while the kids played. The house was roomy and well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfy and the ocean view from the main bedroom was lovely. Essam checked in with us and helped with anything we needed. Thanks so much for a very memorable vacation!

John took us in when we lost our house in the palisades fire. I’ll never forget the kindness he showed us at this difficult time. His home made us feel at home. It was safe, neat and right in the heart of Manhattan beach. This is a 10/10 and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you John for your kindness and allowing us into your wonderful home. We had a blast

Great place to stay! Clean and specious. Not just it’s about 3-5 minutes walk to the beach, but it’s a very nice beach- beautiful, clean with bathrooms nearby. 17 minutes walk to Redondo pier. The house is also close to restaurants. Also, the host is very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

We loved staying in Angela’s bungalow. We needed a place to stay while visiting family and this was perfect. Angela was a wonderful hostess. She greeted us with refreshments when we checked in, had an assortment of snacks and drinks in the unit, and even brought us cake on our last night. It felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of each day when we returned to the house. Our favorite part was Angela’s rescue dog, Bailey. She is the sweetest little dog. Since we love animals we would leave our door open and Bailey would make a daily visit for lots of snuggles and pets. We would definitely love to return when coming back to visit family in the area.
