Townhome holiday rentals in Venice

Wir sind jetzt schon zum 4. Mal in Gerards Haus und haben uns wohl wie immer gefühlt. Vom problemlosen Check-in über den ersten Kaffee auf der Dachterrasse bis zum Check-out hat alles gepasst. Lilia war sehr hilfreich und wir freuen uns schon auf unser nächstes Mal.

For us (4 adults, 2 beagle dogs) it was the perfect location. We had everything we could wish for. A beautiful small house with two garden spaces, a great restaurant (really good italien food and great, friendly service) just next door. Forthermore a beautiful beach, just a few steps away, and close enough to Venice for day trips.

It was an older apartment but matched the description. We rented out both apartments which worked out great for our families. Top floor was quiet at night but family voiced their apartment was noisy at night. Overall, great stay.

I was in Venice with my two kids and their grandma, and the house was perfect both for staying in as well as exploring the city. The location is very convenient and central. The house is spacious, offering lots of room for kids to play, and adults to rest. Only the toilet/bathroom was quite small, making it a little bit inconvenient for four persons, especially since there is only one. But that was a minor inconvenience that does not change how at home we were able to feel here! Thank you again for having us, we enjoyed it very much!

Wir waren vollkommen begeistert. Das Haus war sauber und komplett für alles gerüstet. Die Küche mit Inventar ein Traum für grosse Kochaktionen und seine Mahlzeit im geschlossenen, romantischen Innenhof genießen. Das Haus liegt an einem Hauptgehweg, abends etwas laut, aber geht. Dafür ist die Lage super zentral. Man kann alles super zu Fuß erreichen( 20 Minuten bis Markusplatz) oder per Vaporetto. Von dieser Station aus kann man in alle Richtungen kommen, auch zu den Umliegenden Inseln z.B. Burano, Murano. Supermärkte sind auch recht nah ca. 70m. Gut fanden wir auch die 3 Bäder im Haus, keine morgendlichen Staus. Ach ja, zu erwähnen wäre da noch der kleine romantische Romeo und Julia Balkon. Toll um sich mal abzuseilen.... Ich wünsche euch allen dort viel Spaß

This place was actually bigger than I expected. There were thousands of restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores within walking distance. The host also helped us with locating the nearest water taxi to be able to make it to the train station

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable apartment, perfect for a couple and two guests. It's also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us! The swimming pool was a great way to start our mornings with a refreshing swim. The property features a small garden with parking space for one car and direct access to the main room, adding to the convenience. The location is ideal, a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to Jesolo's main boulevard, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Marta and her mom were incredibly kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lido di Jesolo!

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

La casa è bella, ampia, dotata di ogni confort, ben posizionata per visitare Padova e Venezia. Belli gli spazi esterni che abbiamo purtroppo sfruttato poco per la brevità del soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'host Andrea e la sua compagna sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili nell'assecondare le nostre richieste. Complessivamente un'ottima esperienza.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Romano nous a merveilleusement bien accueillis. Il s'est regulierement assuré de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour La maison est très moderne, propre, fonctionnelle. La climatisation au top! La plage est juste à côté, la Chioggia est pleine de charme. Nous avons pu faire une petite journée à Venise. Tout était parfait!

Loved our stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and in a great spot. The host was awesome — left us wine, snacks, and great local tips. Super easy check-in and great communication. Would totally stay here again!

La señora Marina siempre estuvo pendiente de mi proceso de llegada. Me prestó el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, lo cual valoro mucho, porque me ayudó mucho para llegar pronto a su casa y poder descansar. Su alojamiento está en una zona segura y tranquila. Es muy cómodo y bonito. Su esposo me transportó varias veces, lo que me facilitó enormemente mis desplazamientos. Ellos, se portaron de maravilla y me hicieron sentir como en casa. Gracias a la señora y a su esposo Visma por ser tan amables, generosos y no excelentes anfitriones. Los recomiendo ampliamente. Hasta pronto!

This was one of my best experiences on AirBnB. Max was extremely welcoming and generous, going so far as to pick me up from the train station (he also dropped me off for departure). The room is very comfortable and I felt right at home. Treviso has lots of charm and Casa Gatta added a lot to my visit. I highly recommend it!

Wir waren mit vier Kindern in der Unterkunft und hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es war alles sehr sauber. Der Weg zum Strand (Relax Beach) sind ca. 5min und dank reservierter Liegen ein Traum. Das Meer ist durch das flache Wasser besonders für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Ein Spielplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden und die Preise an der Strandbar sind absolut fair. Ein Geheimtipp ist das Restaurant „Buca di bacco“, ca. 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Kontakt mit Claudio war immer freundlich und uns wurden alle Fragen schnell beantwortet.
