Beach house holiday rentals in Venice

I just had a weekend at Chiara's place with my husband and big dog, they were very kind to accept it. In the room space it was quietly and in addition, being on the ground floor, we were comfortable to take it out. Clean and well furnished room and bathroom. They were flexible with check-in and answered each question promptly. We'll be back and recommend it.

The most wonderful and charming slice of Italy you could ever imagine. Quiet, peaceful, and charming with espresso, wine & baked goods just a few steps away. This will give you the amazing side of Italy you can't find in any tourist area.

The hosts were very friendly and ready to help with any request. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Very nice little house. With private parking and a quiet residential area. Clean and practically furnished. All rooms air-conditioned. Shopping mile, supermarket and beach just 10 minutes' walk away. Great, friendly hosts! Thank you

We spent a week in Laura's apartment in Sottomarina and felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the furnishings are homely and cozy. Laura gave us good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, she was easily accessible and answered our questions very quickly. We liked the location very much - in the middle of the small alleys of Sottomarina and at the same time not far from the beach, the lagoon, and shopping, restaurants and bars/cafes. Clear recommendation!

Gianluca is a perfect host, helpful, kind and attentive... the room is comfortable and perfect for a short stay, just a few minutes from the film festival! We had a great time, we will definitely be back!

Great place for kids and parents

The accommodation is beautifully located in a great complex. The pool with whirlpool and separate toddler area was fantastic. The apartment is equipped with everything a pleasant vacation needs and more. Alessandro and Stella were always available and very helpful and nice. The complex is super private and very nicely laid out and clean. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect home to stay

The four of us had a wonderful time at the accommodation. This was really very clean, beautifully decorated... we felt right at home... as if we had always been there. Inquiries were answered immediately... The facility is small but nice 😊 we were there for the second time and always like to come back. We also like the proximity to the shops and restaurants, which are within walking distance. We are really more than happy to recommend the accommodation.

Daniela and her family greeted us upon arrival and explained everything to us. She provided bikes, water toys for the kids and even a bottle of Champagne for my birthday 🥳. She is just awesome. The location is perfect and close to everything in Jesolo. She reserved areas on the nearby beaches and provided us with where everything is. I highly recommend her place to anyone. We will stay again in the future.

Celeste was super welcoming. The house was perfect and so clean. We enjoyed a lot with the family, with also a child. In the surroundings we found everything that we needed, and the restaurants are very nice. The sea is just at few meters and if you don't want to swim in the seawater there is a swimming pool just in the garden. Super consigliata!

Beautiful and quiet ground floor apartment with small garden. Apartment is located in a locked area near the golf course and a riding complex with noble horses. Parking spot outside the house. All as described.

The house, independent, is very central and very nice, with everything you need. Jolena is very kind and very helpful.

Enrico’s home was a fabulous place to stay for our holiday on Lido. The accommodation was extensive, very comfortable & clean throughout. The beach was less than a ten minute walk away & Lido central was accessible by a very short bus ride. I would highly recommend Enrico’s accommodation for anyone considering a quiet holiday on Lido while also incorporating mesmerising Venice 😎

We had a wonderful time in Cavallino! Luciano and Valeria welcomed us very warmly, showed us everything and explained and gave us many helpful tips for our stay. The house is perfectly equipped for a beach holiday – from a handcart to a grill, shower gel, a fully equipped kitchen to a stair guard for children, everything has really been thought of. We especially liked the complete beach set with loungers, parasol and even a summer foot shower - simply fabulous! The washing machine was also very helpful. As a farewell, we even received a lovingly prepared gift. We would recommend staying with Luciano and Valeria at any time – and would be happy to come back!

Great little place in a wonderful area. everything within walking distance!

We had a lovely 1-month stay at Virgi’s place. The house was very clean, well equipped and super comfortable. I like that it felt homey in an Italian way. The beds were all very cosy and all the rooms had A/C. We really appreciated the extra items like coffee, pasta, prosecco and snacks that were a lovely welcome. The neighborhood was very safe and easy to get around - the bus stop is only a 3min walk from the house and it’s a direct route to the vaporetto stop. The host was very lovely and communication was easy throughout. Highly recommended!
