Beach house holiday rentals in Venice

Ho appena fatto un weekend nell’alloggio di Chiara con mio marito e il mio cane di grossa taglia, sono stati gentilissimi ad accettarlo. Nello spazio della camera ci stava tranquillamente ed in più, essendo al piano terra, eravamo comodi per portarlo fuori. Camera e bagno puliti e ben arredati. Sono stati flessibili con il check in e ad ogni domanda hanno risposto tempestivamente. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo.

Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet...auch ein bisschen Spielzeug für Kinder ist da, welches gut für den Strand am Lido genutzt werden kann. Dachterrasse ist toll. Fehlt nur noch eine Espressokanne, dann wäre die Küche komplett 😉 Empfehlung von uns.

Die unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Begrüßung sehr liebevoll, alles ist so nett hergerichtet mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk, einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel grosser als ich mir gedacht habe. Sehr sauber!! Alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Veranda ist auch sehr gross und lädt zum verweilen. Simone hatte tolle Tips für die Umgebung. Schade dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren. Wir waren gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

The hosts were very friendly and ready to help with any request. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I really liked the decoration — the funny woodpecker stayed in my heart forever :) Thank you so much!

Casa molto bella spaziosa e pulita . Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e anche alla laguna . Parco giochi e Coop vicino.

Rossella and Walter has made our stay in Lido di Venezia a very cosy, comfortable experience. The place is so great and new. Rossella has really thought it through what’s needed for her guests… and gone beyond to prepare so many things for our great stay. Sehr schönes kleines Haus. Mit eigenem Parkplatz und ruhigem Wohngebiet. Sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Einkaufsmeile, Supermarkt und Strand in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle, freundliche Gastgeber! Vielen Dank

Wir haben eine Woche in Lauras Appartment in Sottomarina verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist wohnlich und gemütlich. Laura hat uns gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben, sie war gut erreichbar und hat sehr schnell unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen - mitten in den kleinen Gässchen von Sottomarina und gleichzeitig nicht weit zum Strand, zur Lagune, und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars/Cafés. Klare Empfehlung!

al primo impatto sembrerebbe che lo spazio x 6 sia piccolo, invece siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene . gli spazi sono giusti x una vacanza al.mare. unica pecca secondo me è il bbq elettrico non adatto x una famiglia o x 6 persone. x il resto tutto bene

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Diese war wirklich sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet… wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause…. als ob wir schon immer dort waren. Anfragen, wurden sofort beantwortet… Die Anlage ist klein aber fein 😊 wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen immer gerne wieder. Die Nähe zu den Geschäften und zu den Restaurants, fußläufig erreichbar, finden wir ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gerne weiter.

Daniela and her family greeted us upon arrival and explained everything to us. She provided bikes, water toys for the kids and even a bottle of Champagne for my birthday 🥳. She is just awesome. The location is perfect and close to everything in Jesolo. She reserved areas on the nearby beaches and provided us with where everything is. I highly recommend her place to anyone. We will stay again in the future.

Celeste was super welcoming. The house was perfect and so clean. We enjoyed a lot with the family, with also a child. In the surroundings we found everything that we needed, and the restaurants are very nice. The sea is just at few meters and if you don't want to swim in the seawater there is a swimming pool just in the garden. Super consigliata!

Ein super schöner Aufenthalt und ein erholsamer Urlaub gewesen! Die Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern und passt zur Beschreibung, klein aber fein. Es waren vielleicht 100m bis zum Strand und zum Pool, also super Lage. Wir würden auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

La casa, indipendente, è centralissima e molto carina, con tutto quello che serve. Jolena è molto gentilie e disponibilissima.

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

Enrico’s home was a fabulous place to stay for our holiday on Lido. The accommodation was extensive, very comfortable & clean throughout. The beach was less than a ten minute walk away & Lido central was accessible by a very short bus ride. I would highly recommend Enrico’s accommodation for anyone considering a quiet holiday on Lido while also incorporating mesmerising Venice 😎

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Cavallino! Luciano und Valeria haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet für einen Strandurlaub – vom Bollerwagen über Grill, Duschgel, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu einem Treppenschutz für Kinder ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Besonders toll fanden wir das komplette Strandset mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm und sogar einer Sommerfußdusche – einfach fabelhaft! Auch die Waschmaschine war sehr hilfreich. Zum Abschied haben wir sogar ein liebevoll vorbereitetes Geschenk erhalten. Wir würden den Aufenthalt bei Luciano und Valeria jederzeit weiterempfehlen – und kommen gern wieder!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo appartamento, ordinato, pulitissimo e dotato di tutte le comodità! La zona in cui si trova è tranquilla ma a pochi passi si può raggiungere la spiaggia e anche il centro. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile

Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage. Ausstattung gut. Strand oder Venedig gut zu erreichen. Ganz nette Familie. Immer schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Kann nur weiter empfehlen und 5 Sterne als Bewertung. Vielen herzlichen Dank Loredana!!!

per noi non è stato un problema ma sarebbe giusto parlare di barriere architettoniche ( scale interne) e mancanza di chiavi in bagno.

La maison sur le Lido était parfaite pour un séjour en famille, et reposante après les belles journée passées dans la ville de Venise. Nos filles ont adoré le petit jardin. Nous pouvions nous rendre à la plage à pied. L'accès aux vaporetto prend une dizaine de minutes à pied mais le chemin est agréable le long du canal et il était facile de prendre le bus pour un trajet plus rapide lorsque nos jambes étaient fatiguées. Virgi nous a gâtés, la maison était bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Elle avait laissé plein de conseils et de petites surprises à notre attention. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement!
