Very well centered in town in a nice neighborhood. 5-10 min drive from multiple beautiful beaches ,movie theater, local night life, fast food and grocery stores. Master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom connected to multifunctional space that has an additional bed / couch and functions as dining room and living room, lanai also.. One burner electric stove, Microwave, toaster oven, air fryer and regular coffee machine. Parking for one vehicle. Seperate rear entry. TV Wifi Netflix

Located in a desirable community of Venice Garden in a quiet neighborhood where you can't tell if it is a weekend or a weekday. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are amazingly comfortable, the reclining couch and loveseat are great for relaxing. Everything you need for the beach is included in the rental. The private fenced in backyard allows you monitor your pet while enjoying a cup of coffee. Enjoy a guest Netflix account and high-speed internet from XFINITY all included in the rental.

Perfect vacation home 3 miles from beach.

. Located in a desirable community of Venice Garden. Several beautiful beaches such as Venice, Manasota and Sharky's are located only few miles away. This ideal vacation home with swimming pool sits in a quite, peaceful area making it an ideal place for any season gateway. This is a great place for biking, running and walking. You will love my home because it can accommodate couples, solo adventures, or families with kids. There is no BBQ on the property.

BEAUTIFULLY renovated home. Inlcudes access to community pool, fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and short drive to grocery stores, theaters, restaurants and beaches. 30 minutes from Sarasota Airport, 1 hour from Tampa Airport and 2 hours from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. We really enjoyed our stay. The house interior is stylish and tidy. We loved the pool and patio dining area. The bird nesting island that is located in the canal behind the house is wonderful to watch, especially in the early evening when the birds are quite active. The location allows for a short drive to the Venice beaches and downtown Venice which is full of restaurants and shops.

Jennifer was an outstanding host—hospitable, organized, and accommodating. She proactively communicated with us, reaching out with warm and friendly messages, which greatly enhanced our experience. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and every little detail contributed to making our stay enjoyable. It is located on a quiet street in the southern part of Venice Gardens, just a 10 to 12-minute drive from historic downtown Venice.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Venice, Florida! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was top-notch they provided clear instructions and were always available to answer our questions. The property was incredibly family-friendly. The pool was a hit, and we appreciated the provided beach chairs, towels, for our beach outings. The location was ideal just 10 minutes from beautiful beaches like Venice Beach, and close to parks such as Shamrock Park & Nature Center. We also enjoyed nearby attractions like the Venice Fishing Pier and Brohard Park . Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
