Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

Been here for the second time - and again fully satisfied! The apartment is well maintained, lovingly furnished and simply comfortable. We were thrilled with our first visit last year, and everything was great this time as well. Thank you for the great stay – we will definitely come back!

We spent two nights at Valeria and Riccardo's apartments and we had a really good time. They were both extremely kind and helpful, with clear and timely communication from the first contact. The stylishly furnished apartment on the second floor is very nice, with attention to detail and complete with everything you need. The online photos are already beautiful, but in person the space is even more pleasant and welcoming. A significant added value is the possibility of using bicycles, which allowed us to travel around Chioggia freely and easily. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back. We highly recommend this place!

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property - right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you will feel completely at home from the very first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and even the beach is just a stone's throw away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with a fantastic view, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place - the perfect place to start and end the day in a relaxed way. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you very much! Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The host Alice was very nice and helpfull. The apartment was just as described and in a nice walk able location.

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

The apartment is located in a beautiful old Villa in venetian style! The Villa has a beautiful garden with huge trees, the whole villa is in the shade of these trees. The apartment is located in the ground floor. The apartment provided everything that we all have at home, kitchen, TV, washing machine, microwave...etc. Close to the Viall is a big supermarket. The villa is also very close to the main street in Lido that provides many restaurants and gelaterias. Most important! the villa is close to the Lido S.M.E harbor. The host provided me detailed check in/out information and is available on standard communication apps like |what is up" and airbnb chat

Great location for us, 10 mins away from free beach and 10 mins to ferry. And the view, what can I say it’s spectacular!! Would definitely book again if staying on lido.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

The accommodation is perfect for combining total peace and relaxation with excursions to Venice. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and the air conditioning in the bedroom works perfectly. I liked Georgio's warm and personal style the best. He is very warm-hearted! Thank you for the interesting and wonderful days! I'm sure we'll be back.

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.
