Thank you for the wonderful stay! The space was even more spacious than expected. The furniture is not the latest but excellently maintained and really very clean! Cozy beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a well-maintained bathroom. Two nice little balconies to drink an Apperitivo in the evening. Best location as very quiet in an upscale environment but still very central. Grazie Mille!

The best place for beautiful days in Venice!!! Very quiet apartment with the most beautiful view of the lagoon and Venice you can have. Perfectly equipped with lots of free stowage space. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Parking spot in front of the door freely available. Once around the corner, a bar with cornetti, a delicatessen with everything your heart desires, and a greengrocer. We cycled about 5 minutes to the vaporetto station. Was ideal. We have recommended the neighborhood to so many friends and will definitely be back.

Cristina is a wonderful host. Great assistance with travel arrangements from airport and throughout our stay. Also helpful restaurant recommendations. Lido is a peaceful spot away from the hustle of Venice itself which we found lovely.

The location near the beach is great, the busier streets near the Vaporetto pier are 10-12 minutes' walk away. The apartment is more functional than luxurious, two rooms plus a room that serves as a kitchen/dining room/living room, but that was totally ok for the price. It was nice that someone greeted us personally.

Elisabetta is a very kind, good host. He answered all questions quickly. He was flexible when checking in and out. Apartment equipped with everything. The little garden was also cute. we had a good time, thank you.

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

Daniela was very kind, flexible with the check-in schedule, explained everything to us, gave us a map and left us delicious things for breakfast. The place is even better than what you see in the photos, both the apartment and Lido himself are charming. The place was sparkling and very bright. This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

Beautiful accommodation on the Lido, centrally located, we were already here for the second time, felt comfortable and will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time at Paolo's, on the Lido. Paolo was very warm and always there to answer questions. He provided us with bicycles and gave us nice tips for excursions or where we could best shop. The location of the apartment was such that we were out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to reach the ferries or the beach at any time. We also enjoyed the outdoor area very much and often ate in the garden. We'd love to come back. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Canareggio. The location was perfect away from all the crowds but still very accessible. Much easier to get there from the train station than Piazzale Roma if you have luggage (the bridge from Piazzale Roma is big and has lots of steps). The apartment was comfortable and beautifully styled. The lift was great with luggage. The only (slight) negative is that the curtains in the bedroom are sheer, so it was very bright in the morning. But overall a wonderful stay in an excellent area!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Wonderful stay! Our host was very friendly and told us a both of recommendations on what do in the city. My friend and I loved the bath tub and sauna! Would stay again.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
