Loft holiday rentals in Venezia

A beautiful and very unique apartment in a fantastic spot! Just 10 minutes from the main section of Venice and 3 minutes from the water taxi drop-off, which was a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive, and everything was seamless. Highly recommend!

Veronica’s flat is a real find and perfect for an extended stay in Venice. It was more spacious than expected and has lovely views over rooftops and canals. We were very comfortable and felt very at home. It was good to be able to buy local produce and cook in the simple but well equipped kitchen. Any problems we had were quickly sorted by Veronica’s team. I would certainly recommend this apartment to others and hope to return again sometime in the future. Thank you Veronica, Sergio and team.

A very warm and welcoming host. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's stay, with a small convenience store and a bus stop a short walk away. 10 minutes by bus from the dock, going to Venice is very simple.

Lovely place, quite area, and really close to the biennial - 8/10 minutes to Arsenale, 3/5 minutes to Gardini. the fairy is also 3/5 minutes away and working till night. the hosts were great and really helpful. we would like to come back.

We can only recommend this listing. Friendly hosts, a beautiful quiet house, a parking space that allows you to leave the car and walk easily, pleasant and very clean accommodation and breakfast included, what more could you ask for!??? Thank you again!

Alessandro was everything you look for in a host. For starters, he went out of us way to arrange us transportation from the airport to his home in Dolo. After we arrived at his home, he showed us all of the local restaurants and what kind of food they have to offer. Our first night, we stayed local in Dolo and it was quiet, pretty and we had a delicious meal less than 5 minutes walking from the home. Alessandro responded to all of our questions and concerns within minutes and even gave us a bus ticket for our first trip into Venice. The home is beautiful, Alessandro is an amazing host and I could not recommend this space more. Venice is extremely crowded so being a little outside of it was honestly the best decision we could’ve made and it was made that much better by having such a wonderful host.

Booked a couple of days before your departure, this apartment surprised us in a positive way. The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Marco but on a very quiet street. The photos do not make the apartment spacious, with a large and a small bathroom even in the double bedroom. Beautiful solution of the two single beds on the mezzanine, also ideal for children. Fully equipped kitchen and host are always ready to respond very quickly. Highly recommended for visiting Venice.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! We loved all the space for our family of five. The outdoor terrace was lovely and the architecture in the apartment was so unique! We loved the view from the windows onto the canal and the rooftops. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Brunilda was very responsive any time we had a question. We felt like we were living like Venetian royalty in this apartment. We would highly recommend!

Very nice Apartment, situated at the end of an alley so very quiet. Still very well connected as the next Vaporetto Station is five minutes away. Very uncomplicated check-in an communication!

I stayed here with my friend for two nights and we were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent – everything we needed was within walking distance. Communication with the hosts was outstanding – very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Beautiful location on the water, very spacious and comfortable. A bit quieter neighborhood than the main areas and it’s nice to escape the busy parts!

Our stay in Venice was absolutely fantastic! The space itself was so beautiful and comfortable, a true oasis. What we especially loved was the perfect location – it offered a wonderful escape from the more densely populated tourist areas, allowing us to experience a quieter and more local side of Venice. Beyond the lovely apartment, David and Lilia were great hosts. They were so thoughtful, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Their local restaurant suggestions were spot on – we had some truly memorable meals thanks to their recommendations! Just got back and i can honestly say it was perfect. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the host was extremely friendly and easy to get hold of and answered any questions i had quickly. Charming attic flat, even better than it looks in the photos; all the kitcheware and other oddments we could have wanted, including a vast supply of coffee pods.

We've been at home. The apartment has everything you need and more to feel comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, out of Venice traffic, but only 15 minutes from the Ponte dell 'Accademia. It has a supermarket right next door. Jyoti was a great host, very responsive and kind to us.
