Fabio was very responsive to messages. We sent our arrival time and Fabio did not hesitate in meeting us earlier than check in time. We went away and had coffee whilst he finished cleaning the apartment. Ideally situated next to the aqua bus terminal Faro and a five minute walk from the airport blue line terminal - the location was perfect. Murano is so chilled and has a lovely vibe. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed including a hairdryer. The views were beautiful. We visited Burano and Venice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights in this Venice apartment. We arrived at the Rialto Bridge stop by vaporetto. The video with directions to the apartment was very helpful. The host was friendly and communicated through text. The location is great! So close to the Rialto Bridge, but tucked back into a peaceful area. We felt safe. The apartment was very clean. It was quiet at night with the windows closed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area all worked well. There are 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment with no elevator/lift, so you need to be able to get your bags up and down the stairs. This was not a problem for us. There are many restaurants for coffee, pastries, and gelato very close by the apartment. It was a very easy 8 minute walk to San Marco square and the Doge’s palace. We were 4 adults sharing the apartment and we were all pleased with it. The price was great when split by 2 couples. We would stay there again!

La casa di Eleonora è piccolina, ma gli spazi sono organizzati molto bene e ci sono due bei poggioli per fare colazione fuori e per stendere le cose dopo la spiaggia, che ampliano lo spazio a disposizione. Ma il vero pregio è quello di essere direttamente sul mare. In 2 minuti sei in spiaggia, Eleonora ci ha fornito un ombrellone e due lettini nella spiaggia adiacente, che non è poco!! Allo stesso tempo a 50 metri dal palazzo c’è la via con tutti i ristoranti e bar, e proprio vicino c’è un supermercato. Insomma l’ideale, parcheggi la macchina nel posto riservato sotto il palazzo e arrivi ovunque a piedi. Per qualche giorno di vero relax é perfetta!!

Was a beautiful and peaceful stay - Patrizia is a friendly and responsive host. The place is clean and stocked up with lots of amenities, hairdryer, air con, towels, etc. Do keep in mind that for this balcony view, the unit will be on the top floor so you'll have to be okay with carrying any heavy luggage up a couple flights of stairs as there are no elevators. Would have preferred to have a self check-in option but the host was communicative and flexible with coordinating timing to meet up for checking in and showing us around the unit. It is a great neighborhood also close to a small market and a great cafe (Majer) for a quick breakfast. Would recommend!

Marc and Elizabeth’s space is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tidy and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable for sure, but the inspiring design is what should compel you to book. All the details make it feel very special from the terrazzo floors, to the textiles, to the thoughtful lighting. My teenaged sons will forever remember lounging in that gorgeous living room, playing chess while Gilberto Gil and John Coltrane play softly on CD in the background. Cannaregio is a perfect place to stay — away from the most crowded areas but still accessible to everything . For reference, we were able to walk to the Maritime museum on the opposite side of Venice in 30 minutes. Elizabeth was kind and her dining recommendations were spot on.

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

We have an excellent stay in this property it is in a quiet neighborhood but with very quick access to local restaurants and attractions (including the Peggy Guggenheim) and easy access to the water bus. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Venezia.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

Eine wirklich sehr schöne, ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung! ich habe mich sofort in die Murano-Lampen verliebt und in den Blick auf den Kanal und ins Grüne! ich fand es noch schöner als auf den Bildern.

Not only is the apartment beautiful, comfortable, and clean, Beatrice went above and beyond any AirBnB host I’ve ever had by meeting us at the vaporetto stop, walking with us the five minutes to the apartment, and giving us an overview of the apartment, nearby shops and restaurants, and things to do in Venice. She was available to answer questions throughout our stay and provided helpful info about getting around town. She was so friendly she made us feel very much at home. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We loved this Airbnb for our Venice trip! The location was cute and had everything we needed within waking distance without the touristy hub bub of other parts of the city. We felt welcomed by Elena and she was detailed and responsive about communication. Her lovely little guide book was very informative - great pizza recommendation! We also loved the wonderful decor - she has a great eye for decorating!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

Our stay in Venice was truly wonderful, largely thanks to our fantastic Airbnb experience. Alessandro, the co-host, greeted us personally at the water taxi station, which was incredibly helpful and a great start to our visit. He then showed us to the apartment, which was nothing short of amazing and precisely as described. The apartment offered more than enough space for our family, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. We loved the amazing terrace, where we spent enjoyable evenings. The location was also absolutely perfect, ideally situated right between the iconic San Marco Square and the Galleria dell'Accademia. This central spot made exploring Venice a breeze. We had such a great time and would absolutely love to come back and stay here again!

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment in the Cannaregio area of Venice. The space was immaculate and full of charm, with stunning terrazzo floors throughout that added an authentic Venetian touch. Every detail reflected the owner’s thoughtfulness and impeccable sense of style. Great bed and linen. Nespresso machine was also appreciated. An absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace, which had beautiful views over two canals - the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the beauty of Venice from above. Also, Mariangela’s recommendations for local sights and dining spots were incredibly helpful during our visit. The location couldn’t have been better. Cannaregio is easily the best area to stay in Venice - peaceful and atmospheric, far from the heavy tourist crowds, but still just a short walk from all the main sights. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and a truly Venetian experience, this place is absolute perfection. We couldn’t recommend it more.
