Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Hütte. Der Garten ist sehr schön und die Unterkunft sehr geräumig. Vor Ort hat man alles, was man braucht und einen sagenhaften Ausblick. Mit dem Auto und ist man sehr schnell bei kurzen Ausflügen und am See. Man kann bestimmt auch laufen, aber mit einem Kleinkind ist es dann doch etwas zu weit. Paolo hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben, die auch toll für den Kleinen waren.

Io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di venire in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso proprio per staccare la spina dalla vita calda e frenetica di sempre e ci abbiamo preso. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulitissimo, in cui non mancava nulla, ben arredato per non parlare della tranquillità e del super panorama. Elia il nostro bimbo di nove mesi e la nostra cagnolina sono stati benissimo. Insomma in poche parole non volevamo più tornare a casa. Clima stupendo, da felpe e pantaloni lunghi, altro che AFA emiliana. Grazie Alessandra, proprietaria simpaticissima lei ed i suoi bimbi e grazie Annamaria, donna gentilissima che ti accoglie quando arrivi e super disponibile se avevamo bisogno. Torneremo di sicuro e lo diremo a tutti. Graziee

Another wonderful stay here. It is our “to go” place whenever we are in town. The place is great and is like our home away from home whenever we are in Fanna, Italy. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Elisa's place was FANTASTIC! Perhaps the most comfortable/cool house our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed in during our recent trips to Italy. The house is unique, with a covered patio that all the rooms face, the beds and bathrooms are modern and comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated. There are a couple of small coffee shops, and a great pizza place in walking distance, and when we wanted to go to Verona's center, we took the local bus, so we didn't even have to drive. Elisa was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend the place!

An amazing holidays break to total relaxation. House is located in a remote place that has all you need to enjoy your self and family. Great spot for dog owners as well as there are lots of places for the dogs to run freely. If looking a place to switch off and have some activities - this can be top of your list.

Very nice place for large families. It is located in the middle of really high mountains and passes. The location is perfect for many different hikes with children of different ages. We even were bathing in a lake (Lago di Coldai) at more than 2100 m altitude. Breathtaking views and trails of different degrees of difficulty are within 20 minutes of car drive or directly from the apartment. The apartment itself is a very comfortable and practicable place to stay with up to 4 children. There are bathrooms for every bedroom, so no fights in the morning, there are two places to chill and watch TV and they even have Netflix to watch ones favorite series. All in all a place to get back to and to recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Daniela und Marco war einfach wundervoll. Beide sind großartige Gastgeber und jederzeit für Hilfe, Tipps und Unterstützung erreichbar. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber und modern. Der Garten der dazu gehört, war ebenfalls top gepflegt. Die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Tiziano e Nadia ci hanno accolto come fossimo parte della loro famiglia, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Siamo partiti con nostro figlio di 7 mesi e ci sono venuti incontro con tutte le esigenze del caso. La foto non rendono giustizia alla casa perché dal vivo è ancora più bella e accogliente. Curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e nulla lasciato al caso. Servizi essenziali tutti a portata di mano, raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. In macchina si possono raggiungere tranquillamente le più belle valli della zona. La posizione della casa è ottimale per una vacanza all’insegna della pace, del riposo e della massima tranquillità. E poi la chicca….addormentarsi la sera con il rumore del ruscello che scorre proprio lì dietro casa non ha prezzo!

Staying in Amber and James’s beautifully renovated old barn was a unique and unforgettable experience. The home blends rustic charm with modern comfort, and every detail reflects care and thoughtfulness. The location in Colle Santa Lucia is stunning — surrounded by the Dolomites with views that look like a postcard. The barn was spotless and well-equipped, with cozy beds, a great kitchen, and beautiful bathrooms. Amber and James were wonderful hosts, always helpful with local tips and quick to respond. Soggiorno da 5 stelle !! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questa magnifica casa immersa nella natura. Circondata da paesaggi mozzafiato e un’atmosfera di pace assoluta, questa casa rappresenta il rifugio perfetto per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La casa è spaziosa e accogliente, con tre camere da letto ben arredate e tre bagni impeccabili, che offrono tutto il comfort necessario per una vacanza rilassante. Gli interni combinano eleganza e calore, mentre il camino acceso crea un’atmosfera unica, perfetta per le serate invernali. All’esterno, il panorama è da cartolina: montagne innevate e boschi verdi, con un tramonto che lascia senza parole. È il luogo ideale per godersi la natura in ogni stagione, tra passeggiate all’aria aperta e momenti di relax. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario Tommaso , che è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, rendendo la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole.

What a find this was, a wonderful spot in the hills outside Garda, away from the business of the town but easy to get to. It was quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were super helpful with information about the local area and sent us useful links. The apartment had all we needed and it was a happy holiday in a truly magnificent part of the country. We highly recommend this host and the apartment.

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

Playing tennis on a private court with that stunning view it felt like scene from a movie. The court is in fantastic condition surrounded by mountain beauty. The property was cozy and charming, well-equipped and perfectly located - peaceful scenic and unique. Federica is wonderful host - warm and welcoming, always helpful and kind. If you love nature and tennis this place is dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome experience with Paolo. We arrived past the check-in time and he still welcomed us very nicely. The room and the barn in general is really beautiful with nice decorations. Breakfast was delicious with alot of options to chose from. Really worth the stay!
