Beachfront holiday rentals in Vendres

Great house! The beach La Roquille is only a few meters through the dunes. We were there in mid-June with five people and had the beach almost to ourselves during the week. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms are small - but we only used them for sleeping anyway. Otherwise, life takes place on the beach or the terrace. The marquise provides shade for the seating area on the terrace at any time. Cooking outdoors on the plancha is a pleasure. Contact and reception very straightforward. Caroline also asked from time to time if everything was okay. We'd love to come back.

We had a great time at Annick's place. This little cocoon is ideally placed. This open living room remains sheltered from the wind and rain. The beach is really close, the area is peaceful, the decor is charming, in short it is flawless! We'd love to come back!

Annelise's apartment is ideally located. Close to the beach of the chalets but also to the shops, everything can be done on foot. Very warm and welcoming, the apartment has everything you need for a successful stay. AnneLise was very accommodating for an early check-in, very responsive. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in Gruissan, everything was perfect.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

You won’t regret it. This is a wonderful place, homely with everything you could need for a stay. Clear instructions from Jean, a glorious welcome from Michele and the knowledge that support is always at hand make this a must-stay place, whether you want to explore the local area or just sit and watch the world go by. We will be looking to book again in the coming years and it has immediately gone to the top of our places to stay in, not only Cap d’Agde but possibly the whole region.

We stayed with Thierry for a week and can only recommend the apartment with all our hearts. The apartment with its interior is very tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available and you feel very comfortable from the first second. The terrace is sensational and very spacious and decorated with many plants. Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.

Evelyne and Guy were excellent hosts. They provided us with information on arrival and during our stay. The apartment was spotless, well furnished and comfortable. They were kind enough to pick us up at the station and drop us there on return. The views from the balcony are great- there’s always something interesting happening in the harbour area, boats, ships and jousting practice!

Amandine and Xavier's apartment is really beautiful!! It is decorated with a lot of taste, the view is exceptional, it is quiet, close to restaurants, easy to access, everything is as described in the listing, I highly recommend it! Sasu's place is very clean, beautiful, and practical with high quality fittings, appliances, and comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The space is very well-organised and spacious without any clutter. The highlight for me was a beautiful work desk and the proximity to the beach - just 50 meters. I was able to swim twice a day in the sea, in the morning and evening, and work middle of the day from the apartment with a view of the sea. Fast WIFI was helpful. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby within 2 mins walk to 30 mins. Just below the flat is a pizzeria, carrefour supermarket within 2 mins walk, an epicerie below. Buses nearby to go to Béziers or Sérignan. One can go to the port for even more choice of restaurants and also, take the ferry for EUR1.20 a person to go to La plage naturelle des Orpellières which is a beautiful wild beach perfect for swimming and enjoying nature. It truly felt like home, I enjoyed every minute in this apartment.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, enclosed parking and 100 m from the beach... I recommend it!

Overall, it was a very relaxing stay in the beautiful, small, well-equipped cottage. Mathilde is a super host, always super nice and responds quickly. We were there with the bikes and were able to park them safely in the enclosed courtyard in front of the house. I would check in with Mathilde again at any time.
