Come and enjoy the beaches and dunes as well as Haarlem and Amsterdam from my serene and lovely house (2 floors, 80m2). My street is across the road from nature reserve De Kennemerduinen where you can walk or cycle for hours. Beach 8 min., Haarlem 15 min., Amsterdam 25 min. Love welcome you in my home with lots of light and a atmospheric sunny garden. The house is recently decorated and perfectly located. You will quickly feel at home. A perfect base to visit the Netherlands.

Charming beach cottage, surprisingly complete

On the big beach of IJmuiden is my charming beach house of +/- 25 m2. That means being able to get stuck in the "golden hours" while the day trippers leave, sleeping with the sound of the sea, waking up with a dip as a shower. But it's also sand in your bed, occasional storm and rain! It is important to have respect for your neighbors, the fragility of the cottage and of course the nature. Don't expect luxury; the cottages are simple, but complete, that's all you need.

The chalet is for four people and is child friendly. The park has all the amenities to ensure a fun and relaxing time, including a restaurant and bike rentals. Cosy & comfortable (135m2) house in a pleasant neighborhood, close to the centre of Haarlem and the beach (Zandvoort&Bloemendaal). The house is perfect for couples or family's with kids. One minute walk to the schoolyard with adventures green playgarden! 4 minute walk to a small shoppingcentre with all you need and busstop. Free WiFi, free parking and bicycles available. 4-5 bedrooms depends on the guests, open kitchen & living room. We have a sunny garden.

Quiet house close to the beach and 20 min Amsterdam

Live close to the beach, Haarlem and Amsterdam city center! Within 20 minutes on beach or in a restaurant. We renovated our house from 1915 in 2020. It has a garden on the south with lots of privacy. The front overlooks a dike with sheep. At the back, a water. The living room has plenty of space and is light through the French doors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. there is space for 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 small children.

Also within cycling distance: the best shopping city in the Netherlands Haarlem with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam Centrum.
