Lovely welcoming hosts, very friendly and helpful. We were met with spread and drinks, a truly lovely and thoughtful touch. The home and outside area all looked exactly like in pictures. Clean and homely. Felt very safe as well, friendly neighborhood. Air-conditioning upstairs has really helped as well on very hot days. The pool was being tended to every few days as well. Walking distance to small grocery shops with very friendly staff. The pool house is a great addition to the property, with bbq facilities and TV/music. Beautiful views . Overall a perfect place if one wants to completely switch off and rest. If however want to visit national parks or Split/ beaches, it is a bit of a distance with pricey taxi journeys, so most definitely would recommend to hire a car if planning to venture out and visit more of Croatia, which is a very clean and friendly country , from our experience. Definitely recommend Marijana's place for a peaceful and relaxing break away, very family friendly.

Stunning home and beautiful location! I had a really relaxing stay, and loved that I was steps away from a pristine beach and could hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment was in pristine condition and offered everything I could need. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

This Waterfall House is amazingly made, I can see the love the Owners put in making the house that it is thought under every details. Many places in the garden where you can stay and enjoy breakfast or a meal or the sound of the river, many balcony are at the house and the view over the surrounding and river it is just fantastic. The house is equipped with everything you need! Next to it there is an old mill that belongs to the family and it is still working, you can buy great flour there and also the river around the mill has very beautiful spots. 600 meters walk and you can get at the Source of the river, lovely and incredible clean water. We visit few other rivers and lakes near buy (by car 12-35 minutes), they are worth to be visit. In 53 minutes you can reach some great seaside beaches, from crowded to not crowded. And also many great locations, like Split, Omis, Trogir, Nutjak, Vranjaca Cave and more. Nada and Miljenko are very kind and friendly persons, you cannot have better!:)

Host very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and flexibly to concerns, the place is varied, offers many opportunities for activities and very good for animal lovers due to the trustworthy cats and dogs A love for nature is highly recommended!

An absolutely amazing place. We have loved our stay. EVERYTHING is well kept and clean - the place is teeming with flowers and plants. There are small cozy nooks everywhere there's always a new view to love. It's wonderfully quiet, it's only the animals around you can hear. There was nothing better than getting up early, watching the sun come out and say good morning to the place's cat. There are all opportunities for activities (tennis, table tennis, billiards, bikes) and then there is the most delicious pool with really good sunbeds. We all agree that it's on our “to do” list that we'll be back down there ❤️ Leona has been incredibly helpful and there has been perfect communication

The villa is great; very nice pool, a nice chilling place outside, very clean rooms and a nice kitchen! A great place to hang around with your friends, because there are so much activities you can do (pingpong, dart, badminton etc.). For going out in Split, the villa is a little bit to far.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. We stayed 12 days with 3 families at Mario's villa. It was a dream vacation. We didn't miss anything. Great large swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, gym, tennis court. There was nothing missing. And if so, Mario was immediately there. 5 stars for this great property and a great host!
