Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

We had a great stay at this house in Pisa! The location made commuting around the city really easy, and the host was very flexible and accommodating. Perfect spot for a family trip—comfortable, clean, and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Nydelig beliggenhet og leilighet med fantastisk utsikt over havnen i Fezzano. Leiligheten var skinnende ren, og hadde alt man behøver. Terrassen var spesielt fin😊 veldig trivelig vertskap som var svært hjelpsom med tips til utflukter og restauranter. Anbefaler alle som ønsker seg en tur til en herlig liten italiensk havneby å booke Sabrinas Airbnb.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 6 avec 2 ados et 2 enfants. Lerici qui est à 2 km est un bon point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres en bateau. Lerici et Tellaro sont également très agréables à visiter. Le logement est calme et confortable. Les différentes terrasses sont agréables.

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

Wir waren für knapp drei Wochen mit unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter in der Wohnung von Franco und Gracia und hatten eine großartige Zeit dort. Das Haus liegt günstig für Ausflüge im Norden der toscana, gleichzeitig aber ruhig und friedlich an einem Berg in der Natur; man hat einen tollen Blick und einen tollen Garten! Die Wohnung selber ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben; gemütlich, mit ausreichendem Platz und einer wirklich gut ausgestatteten Küche. Mit dem eigenen Garten hat man viel privaten Raum. Franco und seine Frau waren herausragende Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Auch die Anweisungen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen, waren klar und verständlich. Einziger kleiner Nachteil an der tollen Lage am Berg ist, dass man schlecht zu Fuß (gerade mit Kinderwagen) von dort wegkommt, sondern immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Insgesamt sind wir absolut zufrieden und können diesen Geheimtipp voll und ganz empfehlen; wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Es war eine tolle schöne Erfahrung und wenn wir wieder nach Lucca reisen würden. Dann wüsste wir sofort wo wir was buchen.

Leonardo's place in Riomaggiore was everything we hoped for, and more! The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It included so many little extras: a Nespresso machine, biscuits, Nutella (!), bottled water and even Prosecco! The balcony was absolute heaven. A perfect place to drink coffee in the morning, watch beautiful sunsets every night and to people watch at any time. The pizza restaurant right downstairs, Rio Pizza, had delicious pizza and the people there are so friendly and warm. There's also a gelato store right down stairs. We booked a sunset boat trip, which was so much fun, and left from the water front right below our apartment. I could go on and on. Perfect location, perfect apartment. We loved everything about it.

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Monika’s apartment. It is situated in a quiet, residential street, around ten minute’s walk from the old town - a perfect location to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The apartment is a home from home and is extremely well equipped. The bedroom has air conditioning and there’s a fan in the living room which kept us comfortable. Monika communicated well, and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend.

The place I would take to any travel with me. Homey, modern but still local, with minimal but just right equipment, clean. 15 min walk to the city center and 18 min walk to the central railway station.

Das Inserat der Unterkunft bietet bei weitem nicht die wunderschöne Landschaft der Unterkunft ab! Es gibt zig versteckte Plätze im Garten, in denen man entspannen kann. Am besten gefiel uns die tägliche Radfahrt nach Lucca mit den von Anita bereitgestellten Fahrrädern. Call me by your name Szenen in real life! Ebenfalls toll war die Nähe zum Strand Marina di Vecchiano, welcher als Art Geheimtipp gilt im Vergleich zu den überlaufenen Stränden bei Viareggio. Der Grill der Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für ein gemütliches Barbecue, wenn man genug von Pizza und Pasta hat. Die Küche reicht vollkommen aus um sich mittags jegliche Gericht zu zaubern. Außerdem gibt es eine Dartscheibe, mit welcher man sich gut die Nachmittage vertreiben kann. Die einzigen Nachteile waren für uns: Der Pool war leider etwas niedrig mit 1,10m. Die Gegend hat eine leichte Mückenplage, wobei Anita uns Material zur Verfügung stellte um dem entgegenzuwirken. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft!!

Beautiful place. 20 minute walk from airport. 5 minute walk from train station. We walked from airport and found the apartment easily enough. marco extremely knowledgable and gave great instructions and recommendations of the area. Apartment was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend if you want easy access to transport and if you want to be in a less touristy area. Can’t thank Marco enough for such a wonderful stay. Even the little details like a sewing kit, bathroom essentials, maps, brochures and a pod coffee machine. Their fridge is full of drinks(at a reasonable cost) when you arrive too. Had a good nights sleep on the single beds. Amazing!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Pietro ist immer sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr authentisch, gut ausgestattet und auch mit guten nützlichen Dingen ausgestattet. Meine Söhne und ich sind begeistert, die Stadt , der Bahnhof, sogar der Flughafen fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mille Grazie!

Barbara war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, zwar etwas altbacken, was aber durch die traumhafte, toll ausgestattete Terrasse mit Blick auf den schiefen Turm, den großen Parkplatz und die perfekte Lage am Rande des historischen Zentrums (ausserhalb der ZTL) mehr als ausgeglichen wird.

Die Wohnung von Marco in Monsummano Terme war einfach fantastisch! Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und auch die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und charmant, aber gleichzeitig ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca oder sogar Rom. Der Gastgeber Marco ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Seine schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten die grandiose Terrasse jeden Tag nutzen. Sonst wäre uns das Apartment zu zweit wahrscheinlich doch zu klein gewesen. Danke auch für den netten Empfang mit Wein und Snacks und schönen Tips für die Umgebung! Es war sehr heiß die Tage, die Klimaanlage war uns zu laut zum schlafen, aber nachts konnte man gut durchlüften. Die Wohnung, die Terrasse, der Blick auf die Dächer, die entspannte Nachbarschaft - eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Ausflug zum Canyon Park, nach Lucca und zum Meer. Einzig den Pflanzen auf der Terrasse wünschen wir bessere Pflege. Diese waren vollkommen vertrocknet bei unserer Ankunft. Eine klare Gießanleitung auch für die Gäste wären sicher hilfreich (Plastikpflanzen sind beim Charme der Wohnung und der Terrasse auch keine Lösung). Es gibt keine Nachttischlampen, weder unten noch oben. Für alle die nur didital lesen kein Problem. Wir hoffen wir können noch einmal wieder kom

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)
