Very quiet location, clean and tidy apartments.

We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

Karl’s home was beautiful! I stayed here with a group of friends during the marathon weekend. The home was spacious, light and decorated perfectly. It was very easy to get into the city, either by bus or cab, and the local shop was only a short walk away. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much Karl

We stayed at Calle’s place for 2 weeks and had a great time. Family of 4 with a 12 year old and a 17 year old plus the teen’s girlfriend. Such a beautiful house, beautiful garden and perfect location. We made day trips to the archipelago and into Stockholm and we had lazy days just eating good food, swimming and sitting at cafes in Vaxholm. We had shopping days at Täby Centrum ang Mall of Scandinavia. We loved it all. Calle was also a perfect host, always quick to respond and super helpful. Tack!

The stay in this little house was more than pleasant. The sea view, the private patio, and the sound of the waves helped me to relax, and write (what I had come here to do). The location is very quiet, and you sleep wonderfully in the large bed. The house is small (but the bedroom is large) but very cozy. You feel good, and isolated from the rest of the world. Bjorn was very welcoming and gave me all the instructions to be comfortable in the house. it is possible to take beautiful walks, run and take your time!

Elzbieta and Bill’s basement apartment was perfect for two people visiting to see Stockholm. The bed was large and very comfy, and the apartment clean. You can slightly hear walking around from the main house above, but it’s not too loud. It is located far enough away from the main city to be in a peaceful charming neighborhood but close enough to reach Gamla Stan within 35 minutes by public transit. The bus stop is very close to the home, and there are restaurants and a grocery store just a 5 minute bus ride away. We only had one bump in our visit while checking in, we had to wait about an hour to be let in. But I could tell this was a one-off situation and the hosts were very apologetic and made an effort to make it up to us. Overall, I would definitely suggest staying here.

3 houses on the same plot with a sleeping area in all of them. We were 9 adult photo enthusiasts who found sleeping space for all, 2 couples and 5 single people. The cottage is very close to a marina where we could go down to the Rute 84 boat that sailed directly into the center of Stockholm for very little money. (Saved congestion tax and parking fees) The houses are a little worn, but the bathing facilities and the kitchen are well equipped, however there is no coffee machine, but we knew that before arrival. Beautiful terrace and even a wilderness bath, but we did not use this. The house is located in a neighborhood where we quickly got to talk to the neighbors who are incredibly sweet and helpful. We had a truly wonderful stay in Gabriella’s home. The location is serene and the views from the house are spectacular. The house itself is perfect, the living room has large windows that provide lots of natural light. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all of the essentials you need to cook, and the barbecue on the porch is a great amenity. Gabriella was proactive and very helpful with local recommendations (beaches, etc.). Also an east trip to and from Stockholm (50min ferry or ~500 SEK taxi). This place is a gem! Would highly recommend to anyone

Beautiful place in a charming area! I loved exploring Vaxholm and the nearby island, and transit to Stockholm is easy, as there is a direct bus. Evie is a great host!

Very well renovated cozy apartment right in the heart of the Vaxholm waterfront. I have no complaints. Although I never actually met Elin she was responsive and helpful over the app. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean. Only thing I thought was odd was there was no silverware. Great experience overall.

Sara is the great host. Very quick to respond to our questions, she gave us very good suggestions on local attractions. House is spacious and well equipped. Location is convenient - very quick commute to city center. Beautiful sculpture garden 5 mins walking. Will recommend!!! Sara - Thank you very much for hosting us.

We had a fantastic stay at Barbara’s place during our quick visit to Stockholm! The apartment was right in the heart of one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city — perfect for exploring. Barbara was incredibly flexible and welcoming, and the apartment itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a five-star experience. The place was clean and had everything I needed. It was easy to get to the city because of the train station that was located nearby. Would stay here again.

Everything went great! Lina was very kind, accepted us a little earlier than the check-in time, for which we are grateful. It is quiet and peaceful nearby, there is a park where you can walk and very beautiful nature. There is a transport nearby that can take you anywhere. Everything is convenient and very cozy. There are also supermarkets with everything you need. Plus, there are places to eat. We are very grateful for the warm welcome🥰!!

We stayed at Tobias's for our getaway in Stockholm. The accommodation is cozy, comfortable and very well located (16 min walk from the train station and 5 min from shops) A big thank you to Tobias and Ida for their responsiveness and good advice. We'll be happy to go back!

Alejandro was always quick to respond to my questions and patient as I learned how to use various appliances. The location is convenient with easy access to two separate public transportation stations, delicious restaurants, two supermarkets, a beautiful nature preserve with trails and swimming from the dock in front of the building. The apartment is very comfortable with a lovely terrace and fully equipped kitchen. We were provided with early access which was helpful after an overnight flight to Stockholm. We would love to return some day!
