Excellent house and would highly recommend to other groups of friends looking for a place not far from the city.

We had a lovely time in Kullö. The island is enchanting and you are quickly on Vaxholm and Stockholm, so we were able to make many nice excursions! Communication with Frida and Jonathan was very pleasant and we felt very comfortable. Thank you!

It was an excellent stay in the wonderful house with an amazing pool. Everything was perfect and the communication was easygoing. We enjoyed every day.

Sandra and Per were perfect hosts. Their home is located in a lovely area with stunning views. The home is professionally decorated, but very cozy. Our grandchildren loved the trampoline. Every possible amenity was already there. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren. What a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for families (even large ones!). Located right across the street from a park with children's games, it also offers a beautiful heated pool and a trampoline. The house is very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and located close to the train to reach the center of Stockholm quickly. Lennart was a perfect host, available and responsive.

A unique home located in beautiful surroundings. The house is stylish, spacious, clean and well appointed as per the listing. Nice touches like toiletries make it homely. We did not use the pool as found the water a bit cold for our taste. It was perfect for our family of 5 with older kids. The steep stairs may however be an issue for toddlers or people with reduced mobility. The self check in was a dream and Kim is very responsive and attentive, totaly deserves the 'superhost' label. We would happily come back again! In terms of location, the neighbourhood is very calm and safe and you feel like you are in the real Sweden as there are no tourists. The supermarket and local shops and cafes are a 10 min stroll away. The access to the centre of Stockholm is straightforward via bus and underground within about 30 mins door to door, depending on the time of the day. We went there every day and used the SL Stockholm transport app to buy group tickets.

What a House! Amazing views and very spacious house. A lot of taste, feels luxuous and calm. The gym room and pool are a big plus, and it’s very pleasant to cook in The kitchen. Andrea was very reactive and friendly! We really recommend this place !

An amazing home in a phenomenal and beautiful location. Able to walk to stunning spots or jump on ferry to island hop. Home was very spacious and high end. Loved the heated outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen and dining areas. Anna was brilliant, super helpful before, left local tips for us and made sure we were set up 1st night. Maximum stars *****

We had a great holiday in Johan's house - the two terraces are wonderful and out the back there is a fantastic view. In the house there is plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. A bus stop with bus connection to Stockholm about every 10 minutes is around the corner and shops on Vaxholm are also easily accessible. Johan responded quickly and kindly to each of our questions and we felt completely comfortable. Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation in your house!

Spotless, gorgeous home in a wonderful family neighborhood. Felt very safe, beautiful surroundings, parks, lakes, hiking,biking trails all around. Easy commute to the center of Stockholm. Close to bus, boat and subway. Would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful two weeks in Stefan's house in Ytterby. The view over the archipelago is really incredible - the pictures don't do it justice. The house is very well designed and perfect for a family holiday. Ytterby is quiet and residential with lots of nature (we saw hares and deer from the house) and close to the ferry dock for trips into Vaxholm, the outer islands and Stockholm city centre. There's a good supermarket about 20 minutes walk and a lovely cafe/restaurant (Paviljongen) in the centre of the island. We recommend spending a day (or two) on Grinda which can be reached by Waxholmbolaget ferry (to either Norra or Södra Grinda) in less than an hour and which has great swimming and nature walks. Closer to the house are several beaches and swimming areas.

My family group of eight adults had a wonderful time at Christofer and Erika’s beautiful home. The location is unique with stunning views. The main house and separate guesthouses are tastefully decorated and in keeping with the style of the building. There are a number of well furnished outdoor spaces which really add to the charm. The house is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. It is simply a beautiful home away from home with the added bonus of the water-side wood fired sauna . Access to Stockholm city is straightforward from one of three ferry stops on the island and you can be in the city centre in less than an hour. Christofer and Erika are very responsive hosts, nothing was too much trouble and provided us with a really memorable holiday. It was a 5⭐️experience and would highly recommend.

Patrik’s home is in a beautiful location, peaceful, away from the crowds, accessible for Stockholm and so many gorgeous islands. We loved our holiday and the house is stylish, comfortable and a joy in every way. Patrik and Malin were so kind and helpful. They told us where to swim, the best islands to visit and where to eat delicious Swedish food. I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our stay in Sweden so special and memorable!!

Super cozy and nice accommodation in the archipelago, extremely nice and helpful host. A little tricky to moor with your own boat over 7.5m, but it worked.

We had a great time at Johan's place. The house is very spacious, very clean and tastefully arranged. The location is ideal to go to Stockholm by tram then metro or to cruise from the nearby port. Johan was responsive and communication was very easy. I recommend it!

This house (actually it is two houses, a beautiful additional guest house on the property) is just in a great location and very comfortable. It was very clean and you can tell that the owners usually live here because it is equipped with everything and nothing is missing, even on the large outdoor terrace. It's even nicer than the pictures. It is very important to Maria that everything is perfect and she is always available and lovably friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better house near Stockholm and would love to come back anytime.

Our family of of 5 had a great stay at the house! It was super clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was great. We could easily walk to a grocery store and a great playground at the school down the street. It was a quick drive to downtown Vaxholm. My kids spent a lot of time on the trampoline. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and in the house!

We had a wonderful stay at beautiful Resarö. Extremely quiet island. The house was spacious and equipped with every comfort. Bathroom and toilets neatly clean and modern. Kitchen was fine. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the water. Unfortunately, there were no normal mattresses and we had to get used to that. As far as we are concerned, the only point where improvement is possible. Very enjoyed our stay.

We just spent a fabulous stay at Robin’s place. The main house is so nicely and personally decorated. The sauna and relax places are so well located by the sea. We really enjoyed this paradise in the Swedish archipelago! We will come back for sure!

We rented Filip&Co's house for the second year in a row, we were very happy last year and equally happy this year! The house is nicely located next to a forest hole, quiet street, good hiking opportunities and short distance to public transport. We spent about 30 minutes into central Stockholm when taking tram + subway, and that's quick we think. I cycled into the city center in 40 minutes by electric bike, and it's a great trip! The house is very practical, with four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms w/wc and a very nice and practical kitchen. In addition, there is own parking outside the house, we have greatly appreciated that, as we come driving with our own car from Oslo. A plus this year was the nice flat that was made at the entrance! So we can recommend the house very much! Thanks for a great experience again!

Pernilla and Fredrik's house in Resarö is a great place to discover the archipelago of Stockholm. The house is nice, clean, well furnished and comfortable, suitable for holidays with family or friends. There are several beaches nereby and a shop at walking distance. It s also easy to get to Vaxholm and Stockholm by boat from Ytterby brygga. We highly recommend and would be happy to come back!

We had a great stay in Svinninge. The house and property are nice and quiet. It was also big enough for the 4 of us. Just like you imagine a house in Sweden. We had luck with the weather and were therefore able to use the large terrace often. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.
