Our stay at Moira's was simply great! The apartment is cozy, very clean and is very close to St. Peter's Basilica – with ideal connections to public transport. Moira is a real person of heart! Upon arrival, a loving welcome basket awaited us, including water and lots of helpful information about the city. If you had any questions, she was immediately available and always helpful. We felt comfortable and welcome right from the beginning. It was a wonderful stay – we will be happy to come back. Thank you, dear Moira!

An exceptional place and location within a few minutes walking distance from the Vatican. We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was very gracious and incredibly helpful and communicative. The apartment felt like home away from home and Andrea really went out of his way to make us feel welcome.The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious and fully stocked. Andrea provided excellent recommendations for restaurants which we pursued and hands down were some of the best places we dined in Rome. Will be back here in a heartbeat. had a great stay at Matteos apartment. perfectly located in a relatively quiet part of roam with superb restaurants near by and close to the Vatican which is what I came for. Excellent host, very responsive, polite and great English too. unfortunately there was road works when I visited but obviously that has nothing to do with the apartment or host, otherwise it was a perfect stay. will be coming back again to Rome in the future and hope your apartment is free when I stay!. thank you.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was clean, just like the photos, and had everything I needed. It’s in a quiet, charming neighborhood super close to the Vatican, which made getting around easy. Michela was friendly and always quick to reply. Would happily stay here again!

Amazing location, short walk to the Vatican, great restaurants and the bus line! Loved the patio! Kitchen is useful for small easy meals. Furniture was comfortable to come home to after a long day of taking in the sights! Parking was easier than expected.

0. The Host came to guide us in at check-in and introduced us to how to use the listing, which was very convenient. 1. The location is good, close to Vatican City, downstairs there is a restaurant, small supermarket, convenient for daily life. 2. In a garden-like small building, it is very natural, beautiful, and quiet.In the evening, other neighbors will take their dogs for a walk, and there are also people running, making it feel like home. 3. Located near the Vatican, it is convenient to go to the Vatican, and there are also very close bus stops to go to other places. 4. The room is very modern and simple in design, and the facilities are relatively new.The shower room is relatively small, but the water pressure is high, and the hot water is convenient ~ 5. From the outside of the building to entering the room, you have to pass 4 doors, it feels very safe! 6. There is a coffee machine, convenient kitchenette, refrigerator. Bonus! Suggestions for improvement: 1. Some facilities are not very solid, such as toilet seats and door handles.Although it does not affect the actual use, it is still a little uneasy to use, fearing damage.I suggest the host to improve it in the future. 2. The room is on the 1st floor, but you still have to climb a few stairs, and the corridor is very narrow, so it is not very convenient if you have a large suitcase.It seems that due to some objective restrictions, the elevator cannot be used.It would be better if you could use the elevator. 3. At night, you can faintly hear the percussion sound of the nearby neighborhood. It may be that there is a band or some activity in the nearby neighborhood. It is not very loud, but you can faintly hear it.

The location was conveniently close to the Vatican, and to excellent restaurants and attractions. The place itself was massive, and great value for the price! Families would love this. My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised, and it even made us want to stay in more to make better use of the house. The host Fabrizio was also responsive and very helpful, offering facilities like a lift and luggage storage that made the place extra convenient. Awesome find, overall!

Perfect and safe location, super clean house and comfortable bed. The city view from the windows is also pretty. Antonio and Federico were so helpful. If I come again, I will definitely stay here again.

If you really want to enjoy in Rome, this is the right place for you. Rome is really a magical place , so you don’t want to be disturbed by bad accommodations. It is really near to everything, clean, and quiet. So even if I want to find something to propose to be better, I could not do that. It is a good place for staying with your family or friends. Hosts are really professional and helpful. I suppose you could find something cheaper, but trust me, sometimes it is okay to invest a bit more to fullfill your vacation.

Valentina was a lovely host and very welcoming, as soon as we arrived she made us feel at home and content. We loved the gardens nested in the surrounding and the apartment was everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you Valentina.

Luciano's accommodation has an excellent location. You have the Vatican within walking distance and 5 direct subway stations to the center. We visited Rome with my mom and it was very easy to get around without her having to walk a lot. The place is clean, very spacious and perfectly equipped. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Easy to get to and if you arrive at a difficult time, you can access. I recommend it 100%. Thank you Luciano.

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The house was great, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air and one of the toilets when we arrived Maurizio came to the house and took care of the issue. He was very responsive and helpful. The place is very close to Vatican City but it is a little far from other places, however there are buses and train near the house. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the house. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! We enjoyed our stay! Guido was available for all of our needs. He responded to our messages right away. The apartment was very clean. It was easy to find with restaurants and grocery store nearby. The neighborhood was nice and very walkable.

Andreas place was excellent he went above and beyond with what we needed and with the instructions of how to get in and find the place aswel, Excellent location, plenty of Restaurants Cafe's and Shops in the area, The main attractions in Rome was about 20 to 25 mins away which we didn't mind because you get to see more of Rome as you are walking there, we didnt need the ear pods, its not that bad with noice as a few was saying in other reviews just a few local kids milling about no trouble 😁

Arriving at Francesca’s felt like a warm hug. She had left food and drinks for our family to create ease on arrival. The apartment is compact with a spacious main bedroom and we loved the small terrace. Great location to access sights on foot. Thank you Francesca!
