Sjönära hus på Gränsö

Ett modernt, fullt utrustat eget hus på 45 kvm i naturskönt område. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, fullt utrustat kök och dubbelsäng på övervåningen. Uteplatser i tre väderstreck, 100 meter till havsbad och gångavstånd till Gränsö slott. Ekhagens golfbana ligger ca 2 km från boendet och till Västerviks centrum är det ca 30 minuters promenad. NOTERA: Medtag lakan/handduk eller hyr mot en kostnad på 500 kr Gäster ansvarar för att det är städat vid avresan eller köper till det vid ankomst för 600 kr.

Häradssätter Gård is a small farm just ten minutes from the coast in Valdemarsvik. We offer accommodation with all the amenities in a picturesque and tranquil environment. The old cottage is located centrally on the farm but in undisturbed surroundings. You're close to nature, with wildlife in the forest, grazing animals in the pasture, and chickens and peacocks roaming freely. The cottage is a good choice if you’re looking to relax and unwind or stay active with swimming, fishing, and hiking.

A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. Slappna av i detta unika och mysiga boende. Varmt välkomna till "129":an . Vår gäststuga belägen precis vid havet, på avskild del av vår trädgård. Lungt, harmoniskt och fridfullt. Badmöjligheter finns. 2 km till Gränsö naturreservat med fina vandringsleder, 3 km till Västerviks centrum. 1 km till Ekhagens golfbana. Lämplig för två eller max tre personer. Går fint att lägga till med båt vid vår brygga om ni vill ta med båt. Väluppfostrade hundar välkomna, men önskar att de sover i egen bädd.

Nära till Västervik Loftahammar Vimmerby Norrköping Söderköping och Linköping Du kan komma ut i Tjust skärgård med båtar från Västervik o Loftahammar Det är ca 65 km till Astrid Lindgrens värld. Nära till kättringsplatser. Ni kan njuta av lugnet i vår trädgård. Om ni inte vill städa efter er så gör vi det för en extra kostnad. 300 kr

Vakna med sjöutsikt

Vill du ge dig själv lite lugn och stillhet med vacker utsikt från ett rofyllt hus för några nätter, en vecka eller längre? Hos oss bor du i ett nybyggt gästhus med kök, badrum, internet, TV, sjöutsikt och egen parkering. Både Linköping och E4 är nära men tillräckligt långt bort för att inte störa. Huset ligger med utsikt över sjön Roxen 5 km från Linköping. Handdukar, lakan och städning ingår i avgiften. En hund och en katt finns på tomten.

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Hjärtligt välkomna.
