Apartment accommodation of high standard, directly adjacent to Öjestrand's golf course, Njurunda. Two bedrooms. Large and fully equipped kitchen. Living room with corner sofa, table and TV. Separate WC and shower room. Access to home gym and large balcony. At the golf course there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a paddle course. About 15 minutes drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, which may be suitable if you are a larger company that wants to live close to each other.

This house is 100 meter from a lake where you can swim and you have your private sauna directly by the lake. 1 km from the house to the opposite site, you can find the ocean with a beach. The place is 25 min from the town of Sundsvall by car. You can hire a two bicycles for an extra price of 200 kr and bycicle to the nearby siteseeing places such as the fisher village Skatan, the white guide restaurant and ocean walk Lörudden, the beach camping with minigolf Björköfjärden or Juniskär. Seaview, Höga kusten, close to Rotsidan

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Bäckarängs gård

In northern Hälsingland, Bäckarängs farm has its roots in the 1700s. A comfortable and fresh holiday home with proximity to Hassela Ski Resort as well as to winter fishing and snowmobile trips. The property has comfortable double beds, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with dryer in the basement of the house. The easiest way to get here is by car. On the property there are plenty of parking facilities but we can currently not offer electric car charging.

The house accomodates two to four people, and is just a few minutes’ walk away from the river Ångermanälven where you can swim, paddle and relax. Perfect for your summer getaway!
