The place is really excellent and confortable. Great beds,nice,new and tidy sheets and towels. Viviane was extramely helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was a cloth for the kitchen. The view from the balcony was superb. Hope to visit Quitandinha again soon

Undoubtedly the best place in Nova Iguaçu!! In a perfect location, the images are identical to the space, which contains all the utensils and needs for a comfortable stay. I am also very grateful for Clara's cordiality, always helpful!! I didn't notice any noises in the surroundings and it's a totally safe and modern environment!! I will come back for sure!!

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Petrópolis! I had a wonderful stay at Alexandre’s apartment in Petrópolis! The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions, restaurants, museums, and downtown just a short walk away. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. You can tell it’s a place where the owners live, as every detail is thoughtfully curated and adds to the charm. Alexandre is an exceptional host—always attentive and quick to respond to any needs or questions. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. If you’re planning a trip to Petrópolis, I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to return!

Claudia helped us with everything we needed, very nice, the Flat is well equipped, cozy, clean and a great view of the pool, as for the structure of the condominium, not to mention, a good pool, kids space, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and there is also the water park Aldeias das Águas, I recommend visiting, we loved the stay and will certainly return!!!!

A wonderful place, Quitandinha is a dream for those who like nostalgic places. Everything is very clean and organized and the view from the room is amazing. We love the experience. Carla is extremely kind and ready to help. It was very worth it!

The house is in a condominium where we have to go through a doorman/gate to enter. The location is excellent and in a very tranquil place. The host provided bedding for the cold and we also got firewood for the fireplace from the caretaker. We were in a group of 6 people and the accommodation served us very well for what we needed. Perhaps the only point we could have talked about better is the bath towels, but we managed to fix it.

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. Our stay was excellent. The house is just like the description and the photos. The location is very pleasant and the condominium in which it is located has a great structure, in addition to being safe. Everything was very clean and organized. Márcia welcomed us at check-in with great kindness and introduced the whole house. And Andréia attended to us and took care of the house organization, cleaning and cooking during the stay. Our group was large, the house was full, but we were very well taken care of by Andreia and her daughter. Excellent! Thank you!

The house is very beautiful, the internal lake and the view are the strong points. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard, I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the lower part is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the instructions to get there need to be more detailed with reference points.

The experience was great! We were in a group of family and friends. The property is exactly as advertised and accommodated everyone very comfortably. The owners were very helpful and responded promptly to all questions. Easily accessible location and at the same time very peaceful and tranquil. I recommend and we will definitely be back! We spent the Easter holiday, it was 4 wonderful days. The house is just like the photos, beautiful, comfortable, all new and functioning perfectly. The outside is too much, garden is super well taken care of, the river passing through the land has a natural swimming pool and even a waterfall. Communication with Vie was great, I answered my questions promptly. During the holiday, we have the help of the employee Vânia, who is super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend your stay, a unique experience.

It is very close to the main tourist spots of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, the Princess Isabel House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with tranquility. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The hostess was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without thinking twice!
