Miguel Pereira is a charming town, thank you Rafael for opening his apartment and providing us with a wonderful weekend. Thank you for your flexibility in answering us. We were very welcome, the condo is beautiful, the staff are very nice and accommodating.

I found everything wonderful, clean ,organized was much better than I expected ,if I could give much more than 5 stars if there was this option . I definitely recommend it. I will go other times , I felt at home super at ease. Carol is extremely friendly and helpful to all the times I need to answer questions. I was really very happy with my reservation that I made Paty de Alferes at Carol's place. Gratitude for everything !

Simply amazing! The loft exceeded all expectations — cozy, well decorated, clean and with a wonderful view. A true refuge of peace and tranquility! The attention to detail and care of the hosts made all the difference in the experience. I felt at home from start to finish. I'll definitely come back more often. Space exactly as advertised. Although compact, very cozy. All very well cared for, new and functional. New, high-quality appliances that meet all needs. Host Eder promptly responded to the needs. Quiet and quiet place where it doesn't even seem to have neighbors. The only observation I make is that the place is ideal for those who have their own vehicle, as it is in a high part, but surrounded by green. Strategic location to get to the center and to the sights for visitation in very little time. Anyway, we really liked it and I assure you that I would come back again.

Everything was great, clean and organized house. Renata is a very attentive host. The house is in a very quiet location and close to everything, close to the center. I loved the location of the house!

The apartment is functional, very clean and comfortable. Very well located and you don't need to take the car to walk around the city center. The doorman had the keys, and our entrance was 100% smooth, as well as when we left and left the keys with the doorman. Everything was in agreement! We recommend it to everyone.

The house met all our needs, with comfort, privacy and security. With clean and organized environments, we enjoy great moments of relaxation and joy. The host is very kind and promptly attended to us the few times we requested, since everything matched the ad. We only missed having more bath towel dryers, for the number of people the house can accommodate, but this did not hinder our pleasant stay. We will return at another time, for sure, and we have already shared it with our friends who are looking for a pleasant, clean environment and have a 10-star host.

Great house. Beautiful and cozy. We went to 16 people and accommodated everyone. We love the site and the animals. We made our Christmas Supper on the back of the house and it was amazing. The only problem we had was that on the first day we ran out of light because it had a wind and a tree fell on the wire, but it didn't bother us at all. We played family fun and it was great.

The house is quite comfortable and has a great view. We ensured great moments for my family and friends. The host and co-host are very attentive and dedicated. The Galician lime feet in the backyard contributed to the experience positively. I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay!! Ilara, the house, the location, everything was WONDERFUL!!! A tranquility, a peace, it was our first time in Miguel Pereira and we are in love lol and certainly Ilara's accommodation contributed to this, she is very attentive and responded quickly, did everything to facilitate the arrival easier, she even made a video. The house has all the utensils for those who want to cook. We felt safe in the house, in the neighborhood, we went out at night without problems. We already want to go back!!!

Local exactly as described, extremely clean and organized. Condominio with attractions and everything well maintained. Smell and high quality bedding, which also happens with the bathing suit. Well located near downtown Itaipava and also from Petrópolis. Super recommend ❤️

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! We love every detail of your stay! The host was wonderful in every way and the apartment is extremely comfortable! Let's go back for sure! This is our second time staying at the property. Renata, the hostess, is extremely kind and willing to help. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. There are restaurants, a market, and a pharmacy nearby. We really liked it and will be back.
