Priscila nos recebeu no horário combinado e foi super gentil , o condomínio tem uma estrutura boa, é perto do centro de Miguel Pereira e super seguro. Funcionários do condomínio super educados e prestativos. Ambiente agradável e apartamento confortável. Voltarei mais vezes!!

Miguel Pereira é um cidade encantadora, obrigada Rafael por abrir seu apartamento e nos proporcionar um final de semana maravilhoso. Obrigada pela sua flexibilidade em nos atender. Fomos muito bem recebidos, o condomínio é lindo, os funcionários muito simpáticos e acolhedores.

Achei tudo maravilhoso, limpo ,organizado foi muito melhor do que eu esperava ,se pudesse daria muito mais que 5 estrelas se houvesse essa opção . Com certeza super recomendo. Irei outras vezes , me senti em casa super a vontade. A Carol é extremamente simpática e prestativa a todas as vezes que precisei tirar dúvidas. De verdade fiquei muito feliz com minha reserva que fiz a Paty de Alferes na casa da Carol . Gratidão por tudo !

Simplesmente incrível! O loft superou todas as expectativas — aconchegante, bem decorado, limpo e com uma vista maravilhosa. Um verdadeiro refúgio de paz e tranquilidade! A atenção aos detalhes e o cuidado dos anfitriões fizeram toda a diferença na experiência. Me senti em casa do início ao fim. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Recomendo de olhos fechados! 10/10!

Espaço exatamente como anunciado. Embora compacto, muito aconchegante. Tudo muito bem cuidado, novo e funcional. Eletrodomésticos novos, de alta qualidade e que atendem a todas as necessidades. Anfitrião Eder respondeu prontamente as necessidades. Local calmo e tranquilo onde nem parece ter vizinhos. Única observação que faço é que o local é ideal para quem possui veículo próprio, pois fica numa parte alta, porém cercado de verde. Local estratégico para se deslocar ao centro e aos pontos turísticos para visitação em pouquíssimo tempo. Enfim, gostamos muito e garanto que voltaria novamente.

The house met all our needs, with comfort, privacy and security. With clean and organized environments, we enjoy great moments of relaxation and joy. The host is very kind and promptly attended to us the few times we requested, since everything matched the ad. We only missed having more bath towel dryers, for the number of people the house can accommodate, but this did not hinder our pleasant stay. We will return at another time, for sure, and we have already shared it with our friends who are looking for a pleasant, clean environment and have a 10-star host.

Great house. Beautiful and cozy. We went to 16 people and accommodated everyone. We love the site and the animals. We made our Christmas Supper on the back of the house and it was amazing. The only problem we had was that on the first day we ran out of light because it had a wind and a tree fell on the wire, but it didn't bother us at all. We played family fun and it was great.

Excellent host, the housekeeper Luis is also a lovely person. The impeccable environment, a breathtaking view and an excellent connection with nature. Excellent location, very close to the center and the directions are exact to get there, there is no mistake! nota 10000

The house is quite comfortable and has a great view. We ensured great moments for my family and friends. The host and co-host are very attentive and dedicated. The Galician lime feet in the backyard contributed to the experience positively. I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay!! Ilara, the house, the location, everything was WONDERFUL!!! A tranquility, a peace, it was our first time in Miguel Pereira and we are in love lol and certainly Ilara's accommodation contributed to this, she is very attentive and responded quickly, did everything to facilitate the arrival easier, she even made a video. The house has all the utensils for those who want to cook. We felt safe in the house, in the neighborhood, we went out at night without problems. We already want to go back!!!

The stay was very good. Thiago was available to assist with whatever was needed. The only point that was not very good was the shower, which was very hot. Other than that, the atmosphere is pleasant and the place is very quiet.

Ficar hospedada no apartamento da Mariana foi extremamente confortável, tudo muito arrumado, local aconchegante, de fácil acesso e ela foi muito prestativa conosco. Podem alugar sem medo, valerá muito a pena.

Localização absolutamente impecável! Na rua mais central de Itaipava com varios restaurantes maravilhosos andando! Restaurante Antonio é uma excelente indicação super proximo do apartamento! Amamos cada detalhe da estadia! A anfitriã foi maravilhosa em todos os sentidos e o apartamento é extremamente confortável! Vamos volta com certeza! Tudo limpo e organizado! muito espaçoso e bem decorado! super acolhedor! Amamos!!

Very well planned accommodation. With all amenities for a great stay. Satisfied with the days we enjoyed at the Studio. We will soon be back.

This is our second time staying at the property. Renata, the hostess, is extremely kind and willing to help. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. There are restaurants, a market, and a pharmacy nearby. We really liked it and will be back.
