What to say apart from perfect accommodation! Really nothing to complain about the accommodation, very welcoming and kind hosts (not to mention the surprise tray when I arrived!). In terms of value for money, I can bet you won't find better in the area! It's a 10/10! :)

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful green setting, but not too far from La Charité sur Loire. (7 km). Martine and Guy are charming and very welcoming people, very easy and pleasant to deal with. Their accommodation is perfect for a stopover or an extended stay. Very clean, welcoming and tastefully decorated cottage. It's a "must-see"

We had a very good weekend with friends in this peaceful setting. The house is beautiful and what can I say about the outside, what a space! A treat, these little moments all together outside. We all enjoyed the stay and I thank Julie for her responsiveness, as well as Natalia who was very kind and smiling when I arrived.

A charming and very quiet cottage, close to a laundry that smells wonderful in spring. Easy access and in a charming countryside. Communication with Claire is lovely.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house and its large garden. The children loved the jacuzzi! Beautiful canoe ride on the Loire 15 min away and very beautiful floral park (Apremont sur Allie) also 15 min away. Thanks again for the great welcome :-)

We stayed for two nights in this very well refurbished stable in a peaceful and very pleasant setting in the middle of the fields. Aurelie and her family (and Nougat who has a sense of hospitality!) are very discreet and very welcoming, thank you very much! Coffee and teas available, dishes for cooking, large bathroom and nice rooms. We recommend if you come to visit the area it's perfect! Easy to reach Bourges for example.

The spacious apartment is located in a terraced house. The amenities are perfect. The hostess is very friendly and gives helpful information. The location was cyclists, it is an ideal starting point for beautiful tours. We got to the apartment very much felt comfortable. The apartment is highly recommended.

Our stay was great. Ideal walking distance from the city center, and quiet environment. The apartment had everything we needed. I recommend it 100% for a successful stay in Nevers :)

The accommodation is ideally located, garage available! Which allowed us 3/4 of the trips on foot and have a great stay! as we were there in the days of grayness and rain, the place remained a dark hair. we had the boiler that went to safety on the day of our departure, following a VMC problem, so cold water toilet and more heating on the morning of departure (for the anecdote), so our hosts did what was necessary. The town of NEVERS restructure and highlights its old town, restaurants and shops that we enjoyed discovering them on foot!

Pleasant stay , well-equipped apartment and pleasant to live in. Very responsive host. Very nice little outdoor area given the weather we had. Very close to our place of work I recommend housing and take it back if I have to work in the Nevers area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Koceila’s place. It was very clean, and it was lovely to arrive to a supply of tea, coffee as well as shampoo and body wash. Whilst the studio is compact, it was quite adequate for my husband and I. From a cyclist’s perspective it was good as there is secure storage for our bicycles. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Large modern studio in a good location, pleasant terrace not overlooked. Small downside, wet studio and it's quickly hot, fan available but disturbing noise (especially at night). We only stayed there for one night so no repercussions on our sleep or comfort.

We did a 2-day stop at Liudmillia's place on the banks of the Allier. Very pleasant, clean and quiet cottage. There is all the minimum necessary for the stay, coffee, tea were waiting for us upon arrival. Plenty of opportunities for walks nearby in an unspoiled environment. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Liudmilla's place for a multi-day visit or for a stopover.

I booked this place for one of my employees on a business trip, and everything went very well. The accommodation was clean, functional and as advertised. My colleague felt comfortable there and appreciated the calm and comfort. The host was available and responsive, which greatly facilitated the organization. I highly recommend this address for a business trip.

We are cycle tourers and usually camp However, I had a bycycle crash and injured my leg so could no longer camp We cycled 73kilometres on the hottest day When we arrived Chantel was there re to greet us with open arms like a long lost friend she had alsofilled the fridge with cold drinks for us and also left sweet treats When she saw my leg injury she told us her husbandwho is a private nurse and he would check my wound when he returned from work He found infection and dressed the wound for me The following day Chantel drove me for a doctors consultation alsoacting as my translator as I am English and virtually no understanding of French Medicine was prescribed and she drove me back to the accommodation and later came with more dressings and re dressed my wound We checked out today and she extended my check out time by hours so that I could rest as much as possible Chantel is the most exceptional host that I have met And her kindness will stay with me for ever

We were able to enjoy our weekend of trail and cellar visits. Close to Sancerre, breakfast included and the apartment is cool and equipped with a fan, very appreciable given the heat.

Perfect location near the train and close to the village center. 4th floor privacy from the street and everything you need for a long term or short term stay. Laetitia is super nice and accommodating. Great Host! Thank you so much.

Great Hosts, we were very well received. The accommodation is quiet with a beautiful view. A little extra with the Jacuzzi that my daughters loved. Excellent!
