Holiday rentals with beach access in Varazze

Great location, unspoilt and felt like 1950s Italy. Nice restaurants a short walk away and a short walk into Rapallo. The bay by the apartment was our favourite part with crystal clear water and a little bar selling ice creams, coffee and aperol spritz at weekends. Will definitely return, thank you!

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

I stayed in this apartment for three days during a short beach vacation in Savona. The accommodation was exactly as described in the listing: clean, tidy and well-equipped. The host was very precise and helpful, providing clear directions that made check-in quick and easy. The apartment's location is really convenient: in a few minutes on foot you can reach both the free beach and several equipped lidos. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a small supermarket, bar and other useful services, which made the stay even more practical. I found a parking space near the apartment almost immediately, however, while walking around I also saw a paid parking space a few meters away. Very positive experience, I recommend it!

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

We loved staying at Bianca’s! The views, the beach vibes and the easy access to either Santa margherita/portofino or rapallo was great. The apartment has a lot of charm and has been in Bianca’s family for the last 100 years! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the views and vibes even more

We loved Camogli and Carla’s apartment made our stay very special. The views out the two livingroom windows of the sea was breaktaking. An added bonus was a lovely balcony on the street side where we enjoyed a couple of fresh pasta meals. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Carla was very attentive and made sure we were well looked after throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

a quiet place with a very nice fenced outside if you have dogs. The person who welcomes us is very kind is at our disposal. The place is close to the center of Genoa. The only small problem is that you should not have low vehicles because otherwise it can touch the bumper or the underside.

It was a wonderful stay with a charming environment. Cristina informed us perfectly about everything and an earlier check-in was also possible, which was ideal. Thank you very much for the flexibility and the friendly contact. A doppo!

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

Photos dont describe Teresa's place! It is absolutely beautiful! The terrasso floor, the warm and trendy interior. This is not a normal appartment, it is a roomy and super tasteful comfy house.... where you found yourself roght at home. The appartment is close to a littlw beach with phantastic and very high cliffs. We loved it!

Eduardo and Simone's place is beautiful and peaceful, so much so we requested an extra day which they granted. The bed was very comfortable!

Small house ideally located overlooking the sea and in the middle of pine trees. Marcello welcomed us with great kindness. Wonderful nights with very comfortable bedding and the sound of waves. 5-minute walk to the beach along a nice path. Very clean with everything you need as well as small touches and good addresses. Very relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

I stayed in this beautiful apartment with friends to celebrate an important milestone. The view from the house is absolutely spectacular and falling asleep with the swaying of the sea was unique. Wonderful location. The direct access to the A. Garibaldi promenade is great. The apartment offers everything to feel comfortable immediately. The kitchen contains all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal yourself and to enjoy the food on the balcony under the sound of the sea. We greatly appreciated this. Communication with Davide was very appreciative. We received all the necessary information promptly. Thank you very much and we will be happy to come back to this beautiful place.

The last stop on our trip to Italy and it couldn't have ended better. A fantastic accommodation with a host who is worth more than 5 stars. Magical terrace with a view that you can only dream of. Easy to get to both Genoa center and Portofino for those who want to experience it. Andrea as a host gave us lots of recommendations which was very valuable.

The condo was immaculate, well-appointed and Marina left little gifts and snacks to make us feel welcome. The location was great. There are some hills if you were planning on walking around the area, but they are manageable. Also, a beautiful deck overlooking a local swimming beach to relax on. Marina was more than helpful with providing recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing options. She also helped with our middle-of-the-night ground transportation to the airport (We do not speak Italian). Overall, great accommodations in a beautiful and interesting part of Italy and Marina was an outstanding host.

We really like the apartment, the location is great. The reception was lovely. Margherita is very friendly and attentive. I did not meet Adriana in person, but she was very attentive whenever she wrote to us. We were very happy during our stay in Arenzano. I would definitely recommend this apartment to someone else.
