In the heart of the Verdon Natural Park on the Valensole plateau on the edge of the lake of Ste Croix du Verdon and close to the famous Gorges du Verdon welcomes you for a pleasant stay in Hte Provence at altitude. Access to the lake can be via a pedestrian path (Chemin des Muleiers) for 20 minutes. Passage from GR4 to campsite. On a shaded plot in the middle of the lavenders you can enjoy the calm near the hamlet of Roux located 3.5 km from the village of Ste Croix du Verdon .
