Functional home near the port, ideally located. The terrace overlooks the gardens of the residence which is very nice. Lorena is an available and accommodating host, communication was very easy.

very nice apartment, bright, well-equipped, comfortable, in a beautiful quiet and secure residence. city center within walking distance in 10 mins. small downside for check-in, giving us the parking access code would have saved us an inconvenient and dangerous parking on the street. we had a great time.

We were very well received by Dany who is very attentive. We enjoyed the local products put in the fridge for us as well as the message the next day. The apartment is perfect, nothing is missing, it is very well arranged with a very nice decoration. The terrace is great . It is very quiet. A haven of peace close to everything. The beach, the market and the city center are within walking distance. We will gladly come back. We recommend 100%. You can go there without a second thought.

Our stay at Cémaé was perfect. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is close to a supermarket and a pharmacy as well as the city center. The terrace is quiet and pleasant. No direct neighbors. We slept really well. Cémaé is responsive and friendly, as well as flexible, which we greatly appreciated. Possibility of parking 1 car on site. There is room to park additional cars nearby. A real gem in Vannes. Thank you Cémaé, for this wonderful welcome.

Loved my stay! Great location perfect for me as I needed to be near vannes but didn’t want the congestion and needed a parking space. There is a really good brewery near by that does great burgers. Also very close to some good walks. Faustine was there to meet me when i arrived made sure I was happy and hen kept in touch incase I needed anything. I’ll be back for my next work visit 👍🏼

Apartment in a great location for a discovery of the Gulf. Tidy and well-equipped accommodation. Our host was very responsive to our request. Honestly, I'll be back with great pleasure. I would definitely recommend it.

Accommodation for 2 people, well located, 15-minute walk to the city center, pleasant to explore. Bakery and food nearby. Well-equipped apartment. Peaceful residence and reserved parking space appreciated.

Alexis’s apartment is in the center of the medieval district with excellent views from the 3rd floor (with an elevator!). He is available to answer questions. If you are looking for an excellent apartment to explore Vannes this is it.

A very bright, functional and nicely decorated apartment with a ground floor and small well-secured garden. The maintenance is optimal and the amenities well thought out. Bedding and sofa bed are also very comfortable. A charming, particularly peaceful town, just steps from the sea, with beautiful hiking trails. Claire is absolutely charming, responsive and attentive to her tenants.

The house feels like a home, it has everything for a good stay. We were able to use the laundry room and the patio is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance and there is a place to park at the door. Highly recommended stay!

Small apartment ideal for holidays, a few steps from the beach, sea view. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to return the apartment without any dog hair.

We had a great stay in Carnac, where we have been going regularly for many years. The accommodation is impeccable and welcoming. Recommended for a getaway for two.
