I stayed with Pam for three months and had a really lovely experience. She was very responsive and accommodating. The Inn is walking distance from the village, grocery store, lakes etc. it’s a great location hosted by a friendly lady. Thanks Pam!

Great place to stay in Birch Bay. Great location right across the street from the beach. Jesse’s information was like he was there leading you through step by step. Immaculately clean, spacious and fully equipped condo. Facility has plenty of outdoor parking, 2 pool/ jacuzzi areas and a gym. Sunsets are breath taking from the balcony. There’s a coffee machine in the room which Is a must for me, but I also liked Rooted By The Bay for breakfast and coffee which is located on the facility.

Everything was exactly as pictured. Had a good stay and the staff was very friendly. Short push to sit in a meeting for timeshares but they were fine with me saying no thanks. Overall good stay.

The property was nothing short of exceptional. It was maintained and met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Communication with Ann was effortless and prompt. They were readily available to answer any questions we have. I recommend Ann to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable Airbnb experience. Roman was so kind and responsive. We loved the amount of space for a family of 4. I loved that we could hop on the bus to get to the gondola. It was an easy walk across the street to the grocery store or Tim Hortons. I think the cleaners could have done a little better but that isn't Roman's fault. There were some dirty coffee mugs in the kitchen and the counters could have used a more thorough wipe down. There was a broom that i found with a broken handle and no dust pan. Other than those minor details, the place was pretty clean. I think airb&b has too many junk fees, but again, that is not Roman's fault. Overall stay was 9/10

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment building in Victoria. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We loved the view from our balcony of the bay and Fisherman’s Warf, the walkable location to downtown Victoria, and the option for a Water Taxi right next to the building. Parking the car in the garage at no additional cost was a beneficial convenience as well. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this airbnb to others.

Our family had a great stay and will definitely be back to visit again soon! The condo was exactly as pictured- very clean, stocked with everything we needed, and lots of space for everyone. It’s in a great location across the street from the beach and within walking distance to food and yummy bakeries/ice cream. The kids especially loved the pool! Fred was a great host and answered all of my questions quickly!

Great stay, would definitely stay again. Only complaint would be, no free WiFi.

If you’re looking for a place right in the center of “small town charm” while also having all the comforts and amenities we know and love, this is the place. All set against the phenomenal backdrop of the beautiful Vancouver Island. Would absolutely stay again if in the area. Great place to be in the slower pace of the island, while still a straight shot back down to Victoria for days you crave the city. My wife, myself and our three sons really enjoyed staying here.

I stayed at William and Sarah's place for just over a week. The room is the perfect size for a solo traveller or couple, with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to put together a meal. The location is perfect, a minute walk to the base of the Blackcomb Gondola meant I did not have a long walk in wet boots at the end of a slushy spring day on the mountain. Nearby there are a couple of restaurants and a small grocery store, but the village is only a 10 minute walk if you want more options. But since it is away from the village it is much quieter at the end of the day. William was also great to communicate with, giving clear instructions on how to check in, as well as checking in on how my stay was going, and responding quickly to my inquiries for restaurant recommendations. Overall it was a great place to stay for my trip to Whistler.

Our host was incredible in communicating with me. We had flight problems and she’s was helpful in getting us in after our delays. There was lots to do and the restaurants were good. The unit was clean and comfortable.

I would especially like to thank Tom for this wonderful condo. As you may know Crystal Lodge is very comfortable and so convenient for your access to the Blackcomb gondola. Add this unit to your list and it is so very comfortable, a very easy access on the lodge, and I must say it is one of the nicest one's there. At night time it is very quiet, it had very nice curtains to keep your bedroom nice and dark, so a comfortable night's sleep after a great day on the slopes. And as noted, a very easy check in, and very quick and appropriate responses from Tom for any of your needs. 10 of 10 !!!!!

It was wonderful to have the ski-in ski-out option, as I saw more of my family as they skied during the day. We were able to find all the dishes and utensils needed for our cooking needs. We made good use of the hot tub. We were close to the ski room and had a good view of the gondolas and ski out paths from the living room. The pool and spa were noisy, but it quieted as soon as the 10pm curfew arrived, which pointed to very considerate fellow guests. Several of the family made multiple walks into town for groceries or dinner out, which was very convenient. I was able to walk about with the baby in the stroller - very nice surroundings! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Smithe house is a beautiful, modernized breath of fresh air. The property is kept in pristine condition and I truly felt at home. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to all questions in a timely manner. Outside of the mishap with the elevator which I completely understand was not their fault, my stay there was exceptional. If ever in the Vancouver area, I definitely will be staying there again!

Jen always is responsive and helpful. Jen provides more quilts and a bottle of new hand wahs when I asked. Highly Recommended to visit Jen's house!
