Travel back in time in this historic industrial apartment. The space features repointed exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors, rustic wood accents throughout, and an upper level sleeping area overlooking the living room. WHO standards for cleanliness. Free parking, a parking pass is available for an adjacent parking lot. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, high quality dish and cookware, spices, as well as in-suite laundry. What you'll love is walking out your gate into the charm of Victoria and all services you could want. I especially love the Italian Bakery right outside one entrance and a superb locally brewed coffee shop out the other. Within moments you have a historic neighborhood to explore with unique shops and dining. I live 15 mins away and am available to answer questions, you have this space to yourself. The charm of this area is the huge variety of coffee shops, dining, and services. Stroll out from the front gate along the ocean and discover the Dallas Road walkway. The property is close to the marina, the inner harbor, ferries, pubs, and museums. You can easily walk everywhere, bus service, horse and carriage tours, kabuki cabs, taxi, etc. As the loft is so close to the harbor you can walk to where all the tours meet. There are several walking and bike routes outside your door including the Galloping Goose which goes to Swartz Bay or to Sooke and Leachtown, a former gold mining site. You will have a fabulous time!
