Loft holiday rentals in Valparaíso

This is actually a pretty good size for an apartment and it is very well equipped especially the kitchen. The view is excellent as is the location in walking distance from the Plano, various asencores, cerro allegre and good restaurants and bars but far enough from the main tourist hot spots and hostels that it’s also pretty peaceful. Highly recommended.

Comfortable apartment for a couple. It is located in the heart of downtown with nearby shopping centers, train station and collective. It has everything you need for your stay for a short time. I appreciate the American coffee maker

The apartment is new, modern, spacious, and central (within walking distance to Plaza Aníbal Pinto). There's also a beautiful view of the ocean from balcony. The neighborhood itself is close enough to restaurants and bars, but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights. José is very kind, communicative, and quick to respond. He even checked in with us in the middle of our stay to ensure everything was going well. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso and in José's loft. :)

The apartment is very cozy. The kitchen area is small, but for us this was not a problem. Ramon (the co-host) was very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to the most touristic areas. We had a great time!!

I stayed in the apartment all April and I was super comfortable, I felt at home. It has everything you need in the kitchen, cleaning supplies... the only thing I missed was that it had a washing machine because it was a long stay. The area and the building are very quiet, next to the Cultural Park where there is always something to do and a cafeteria with a lunch menu. There is a bus stop in front of the park and it is a 10-15 minute walk from the tourist areas. The supermarket is not very convenient for large purchases, but there are several small stores nearby that have almost everything. The contact with Ximena was very good and close, making sure that everything was going well during the stay. If it had WiFi and a washing machine, it would be perfect, even so, it is highly recommended and worth repeating.

We loved Juan's apartment, we felt at home. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped. The armchairs are comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. It has sheets, towels, extra bedspreads. The balcony is large, well equipped with armchairs and has a direct view of the dunes and the sea. It's beautiful to see the sunset. Juan let us in earlier, he treated us excellently and always responded quickly. The complex is very nice, it has 24-hour security, the people who work there are very friendly. And the area is privileged, it has access to the park, which is beautiful, we went with our dog and enjoyed it a lot. The dunes are also a few steps away. You can walk to the Jumbo supermarket, which is large and has everything. Also to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was a beautiful stay, we hope to return soon😊. The accommodation is just like in the photos, the bed is exquisite, the area is quiet and safe, you have several places to eat, viewpoints nearby, a pleasure to stay here, highly recommended
