We had an excellent stay... the apartment is beautiful, clean and with everything you need to spend relaxing days. Claudia was always attentive to everything I wrote to her.

Jaunpablo's place was very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 2 and a half months. It is close to the bus terminal and supermarkets. The apartment block has pool and common areas that we used. The people in the building were very friendly. Jaunpablo was a very nice host, always approachable and responsive. We were in Vina during the forest fires, both Jaunpablo and building concierge gave us important information and helped us during the crisis. I would highly recommend staying at Jaunpablo's place when you visit Vina del mar.

Paz is a great host and the apartment is very special. i had the pleasure of staying for one month whilst waiting for my ship to sail to England, after travelling for 5 years in South America. It really is a wonderful space with a fantastic view and a wonderful balcony to take your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. If you get the chance to stay here i strongly recommend you take the opportunity.

Great experience! It is very well located, in the heart of the tourist area of Valparaíso. Close to restaurants, elevators, viewpoints, and attractions. The house is very spacious, has everything you need and is as shown in the photos. Looking forward to coming back! The host is 10/10! Very attentive and cordial, considering that I had left some things behind and he immediately warned me to go and look for them.

We really enjoyed our stay at Monica's house! We can only thank you for all your kindness and attention to us and our puppy. The place was clean and very well equipped, as well as being super cozy and having an excellent location. It fully matches the description and photos in the ad. Monica is a host who is very concerned about providing a good experience, we had excellent communication with her and she really made us feel at home. Thank you for everything!! We will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Valparaíso.

The view of the place is incredible! I think it lacks heating, we went in May, we had cold days and we were a little cold, although afterwards they provided us with a stove, it was not enough for all the rooms and we could not sleep with that stove on. The rest is excellent.

The apartment is very nice, with many details that make it cozy, it has everything described in the publication, everything close.

The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and with a wonderful temperature thanks to the fact that it retains the heat of the sun and when there is no sun the forest does its job of tempering very well (we went in autumn). The view is spectacular and can be enjoyed at all times, either outside on the terrace or inside from the living room. It is in a wonderful, quiet environment, with several walks that can be done in nature. There is a forest next door, a beach and a walk to the lighthouse, all within walking distance. It is a place to relax and return refreshed. Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. For lovers of nature and tranquility, it is a dream place.

The apartment is very well located and equipped, it has sheets, toiletries, towels and kitchen utensils. Carlos is always ready to respond and answer questions.

Best of all, the location and accessibility for any place of vineyard of the sea, very safe, quiet and comfortable, ideal for two people. Paulina is always attentive and concerned about our well-being, we had a wonderful weekend. Really a break in the city.

We loved this apartment so much we extended our stay. It is in a secure building. The apartment is on the 16th floor and has a great view. We enjoyed the balcony. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and bedding. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We really liked using the washing machine. We walked or took a city bus everywhere. There is a Unimarc around the corner and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Excellent everything! From the comfort of the Dto, the location and that magnificent view with the gulls flying around that catches you. It has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Daniela is always very cordial and attentive to my inquiries, we will be back!

Carlos was an excellent host, I was late and he already had everything coordinated so that they could receive me, the apartment was in excellent condition, the location was great! I don't hesitate to come back on a next stroll!

The apartment is located in the perfect area for the needs we had, we moved on foot between the different activities, excellent. Safe area with all services at hand. Access to the garage is just a little confusing, but when you understand it, there are no difficulties. I highly recommend it
